Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

We went to a birthday party at Urban Air Adventure Park in Hamlin today and it was EPIC! Overall, the staff was friendly and attentive (I think Mula[?] was the young lady assigned to the party we were in, and she was sweet 😊). By far, the BEST part was DEFINITELY the attractions! There was SO MUCH TO DO! 😃 The lighting was cool, but it was a bit dark in stone places, which made it a little challenging to see all of the areas and activities they had to offer. It seemed like we KEPT finding new things to do, which was really quite exciting, but it would have also been nice to be able to see a little better. The food was nothing to write home about, and the cafe actually "ran out of napkins", which I thought was an odd thing to run out of, lol, but the staff members were helpful in guiding me to areas that might still have some. Honestly, the fact that they offered food that wasn't sky high in price was a plus, in my book. My kids REALLY enjoyed themselves, and we spent HOURS longer than I originally intended, because they were having such a blast, and I was thoroughly enjoying watching them try new things. From a series of tunnels and obstacles for the little ones, to a ropes course, flying zip line, trampolines, wall climbing slide, spinning and flipping bumper cars, gladiator style foam pit, arcade games, GO CARTS (my boys' ultimate favorite) AND MORE, the fun was LITERALLY endless, and there was something for everyone! I'm thoroughly considering hosting one of my 4 kiddos parties here in the future; it was GREAT! We will DEFINITELY be back! 😃

We are enjoying our Urban Air membership so much so far! So convenient to pop over a few days a week to let my daughter burn off some energy before dinner. The staff has all been so great, especially Britney in the back at the food stand. She is definitely a stand out employee that I hope is recognized by upper management for going above and beyond every time!!!

My grandkid's birthday party was an amazing experience. Booking was super easy and modifications as guests confirm was made simple by calling the customer service number. They have gluten-free pizza and the attention on the day of the event was great. The kids loved all the attractions.

I really like this place, and I have been coming here since it opened, but I see the decline in cleanliness. I brought this to the attention of the people who worked here, and nothing has been cleaned or done about it. It seems like they have a lot of kids working here instead of adults. This place makes too much money for it not to be cleaned properly. I would even be interested in finding out when the last time they cleaned their ball pit or wiped down their jungle gym area for the kids. But from the looks of these pictures, I just took, clearly nothing has been done. I brought the balls in the ball pit several times on different occasions to the attention of the staff and those same balls just keep ending up being thrown in the pit. Now when I take my daughter to the pit, and stand inside the ball pit, you feel stuff at the bottom that you shouldn’t. I really love this place and I hope that the owners spend the money to keep it up to par. Thanks for reading. 12/30/24 UPDATE REVIEW I added extra photos. The electrical unit under the kids jungle gym area is left open and everything is so filthy. My daughter wanted me to come up into the gym area and I saw how dirty it was. Nothing a little soap and water can’t fix. First time back here in almost 6 months and I’m disappointed. 😔 Added extra photos. Ball pit now looks just as dirty and looks like they need to add balls.

The staff was very friendly. One of the girls jumped into the ball pit so fast just to help my son cross over! She was literally so sweet. Also, a very nice staff member where you buy the food.
