Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

I’m sick of the unfair and unjust treatment that I received from this amusement park, I do not recommend this to parents of young children, or anybody of any age. My experience is not only dreadful, but unjust and not fair towards me and my fellow counterparts. Not only was, I shown unfair treatment from the employees who are entitled and egotistical but I was told to leave the park after we simply having fun with my friends. I will not be coming back to this.

Fun place for the kids but do not recommend throwing a birthday party here! Our party host disappeared after telling us her job is to take care of things for us to make the party run smoothly but she was too busy hosting another party so I had to keep going to the front to get plates for the pizza then more plates for the cake. With how much they charge for parties, they need to plan a bit better with their hosts as well as making sure all the parties that are booked during the same time frame are more spaced out versus jammed in one corner.

Parents BEWARE!!! My child’s glasses were knocked off in the foam pit. We searched for them for 10 minutes (how they sank so fast I will never understand!) Finally the employee “supervising” the area noticed and approached. You might think to offer assistance in removing the glass hazard from the children’s play area??? NO! To scold us for searching the foam pit for a lost object which was prohibited by “THE RULES”. At our request a manager was then summoned to confirm the decision to leave (likely broken by now) glasses in the foam pit thus creating a danger to any unsuspecting child who jumped in potentially cutting themselves on the broken glass. I received a shrug in response, and was told WE could come back after the establishment closed and look for the glasses IF WE WANTED TO. I once again stressed to the teenage crew our concern was not for the easily replaced glasses but for leaving something in the pit that could cause harm to another child. They shrugged again and restated the rules that we couldn’t be searching the foam during operation hours (despite the fact we were the only ones using it). They also stated they did not intend to close the attraction due to the presence of glass. It was clear to me those glasses along with who knows how many other lost hazardous objects aren’t going anywhere. We won’t be putting our kids in that environment ever again to find out what else is buried in the pit besides broken glass. Be careful out there fellow parents. Common sense cannot overcome the rules.

The kids love it, but man it’s insanely expensive. Maybe it’s just because I have too many kids, but $150+ for my family to go is insane. I will say though, Hailey and Chris were so nice, the place was clean and the kids had a blast.

Who doesn't want to play here?!? My baby has a blast every time! The food isn't great but it's not awful. The ICEE are 🔥 GREAT selection. The ultimate band is the best route to go, all in all a really great experience for a decent price!
