Snotty attitudes across the floor including management. God forbids you get here at 7:10 or 7:20 because you won’t get greeted. Instead employees will let you know they closed sharp at 8pm with an attitude. My son tried to have a conversation with whoever checked us in but she was super rude & brushed him off instead. Like she was annoyed that we were there! If you don’t like working with customers, finding a cubicle job might be more suitable. We have been doing their monthly membership which is a great deal, but the heavy snotty atmosphere is hard to deal with. Dealing with the public is part of the job in this kind of industry regardless. Proper management & leadership is essential, if not why bother being here! Facility lacks proper deep cleaning & desinfectan.

This is a great place to take kids to let out their energy. There was a particular employee I believe her name was Natasha or Natalie, something with an “N”. She was amazing. Very knowledgeable and gave us the best package for our budget and age of children instead of upselling things our kids could never do because of height requirements. Not to mention, it can get chaotic in there, she even checked up on us from time to time at different attractions in the midst of her being busy. Very very outstanding customer service. She’s the reason we’ll be going back. Highly recommend and ask for her. I’ll do another update when I remember her name LoL

I have taken my son and friends multiple times and everytime they had so much fun, so much that my son asked me to celebrate his latest his b'day there. Making the reservation was very simple although I had an issue online and had to make the reservation by phone. Every was on a tight schedule from the go carts which they did twice to the pizza and and drink and finally cutting the cake. You get two hours plus an assistant to help you with everything, (by the way you also get extra time after the two hours are over so the kids can still have fun) table setting, signing up the kids as they arrived, our assistant was awesome (you do have the option at the end while settling the bill to leave her a tip). I loved the experience and so did the kids. There are diff packages to choose from depending on your budget and if some kids don't show up you will not get charged (that's always nice to save money. 100% recommend.

There is so much to do here. My daughter loves this bounce obstacle course. It seems to cater to all ages! The only concern, if any, is that the door is wide open and anyone can come in and go out easily. We went on a Sunday afternoon in November, and it wasn't crazy packed. :-)

We had our son’s birthday party today and it was great! From beginning to end everything was organized and on point. Our party host was Angelina, she was extremely helpful and made the party a memorable one for my son.
