Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

If I could do 0 stars I would! Place is disgusting and filthy - looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since the day they opened. I know most parents like to sit out and watch their kids from afar, but I went into the play areas and the amount of trash just laying around is disgusting (we went at 12:30 in the afternoon). I think it’s great that summer camps are allowed to bring all of their kids to have a fun day here but no one LITERALLY no one watches these kids. I was on line with my child getting food and what was supposed to be a 5-6 minute wait turned into a 25 minute ordeal because one camp kid was on line and then 30 more cut right in front of everyone waiting behind the one camper. If you’re going to bring your kid to a place like this you should probably watch them even if your a camp employee instead of sitting down on your phone making tik toks how about you do your job? I’d rather go to explore in port Jeff then ever come back to this place. Also wanted to add , I asked the young lady at the front (where you get socks from) if anyone watches these camp kids and she laughed and said no , if you want a safe time for your kid come back during the school year on tuesdays and they have a toddler time I thought that was cool but shouldn’t it always be safe for any child ??

If 0 STARS was an option, it would have been 0! I recently visited Urban Air Adventure Park with my five children ages 9,7,4,3 &1, and I am compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this facility was poorly managed and unhygienic. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the park was appalling. Every hand sanitizer station was empty, which is unacceptable, especially in a place where children are playing and interacting closely. To make matters worse, we witnessed a child vomit in the ball pit obstacle course, and despite this hazardous situation, no staff members intervened or closed off the area. I was completely disgusted. The park was overcrowded and chaotic, with a disorganized setup that made it difficult to navigate. There was a noticeable lack of staff supervision, which contributed to the unsafe environment. I was particularly alarmed to see larger children on climbing exhibits that clearly stated a height maximum. This resulted in a serious incident where a 13-year-old boy crushed my 3-year-old son’s ankle when he fell on top of him, causing him extreme pain and necessitating a trip to the emergency room. Resulting in a broken ankle! The absence of staff to monitor these activities is a major red flag, and it’s no wonder they make you sign a waiver of liability before playing. To add to the disappointment, the food options were terrible. After a long day of chaos and concern for my children's safety, we were hoping for at least a decent meal, but what we received was far from satisfactory. Overall, my experience at Urban Air Adventure Park was nothing short of a nightmare. I will never return with my children, and I strongly advise other parents to consider alternative options for their family outings. Safety and cleanliness should be a priority in any facility catering to children, and Urban Air has failed miserably in both areas.

After a year of visiting decided to make my daughter an endless play member- mainly because the price was perfect for the activities- unlike their competitors (⛅️zone) who Over price and don’t provide as much experience for kids. In addition the staff always deliver a heightened level of courtesy, Professionalism, and Respect. So far no other company has been able to compete with Urban Air, at least not at this location.

It was my second time there this year with my 15 yrs old son. He had a lot of fun and enjoyed himself so much. It's approximately 20 minutes from where I live m, which is great. And very close to the Smith Haven Mall down the road . We will be back there again soon 😊❤️.

I'm so glad I booked this place! Had my sons 14th bday party here & the kids had a great time - we didn't leave until 6 pm & his party was at 2 pm. We had the room from 2-4, the 1 thing that was a little annoying was that once the time is up they move you out of the room - on this day NO other party was booked in our room so I do not know why we couldn't stay in the room - especially for what they charge; be warned they are NOT cheap. And the cost of the food needs to be redone management or the owner is deff out of their mind charging what they charge for some things; this is a place targeted for kids which adults need to pay for & bring the child to, if you overcharge ppl will not come. If you charge correctly, they won't only come they will stay longer. Overall, it is a nice option for kids, especially in the colder months.
