My daughter's 9th birthday party at the Arlington Urban Air was fantastic! Our host, Trinity, was attentive and helpful, even though it was busy. She made sure everything ran smoothly. My daughter loved it, and it was her most organized party yet. The pizza was great, and Craig was very responsive leading up to the event. Highly recommend!

This review is for the Arlington, TX location. The front desk staff was nice, but the place was too crowded. All the tables were reserved (probably for parties), and there was trash everywhere. The ball pit was dirty, and the whole place was dusty. Cleanliness is a must for indoor playgrounds, and this place failed miserably.

Urban Air is a great place for a kids' party! The atmosphere is awesome, and our hostess, Trinity, was fantastic! Highly recommend! My daughter had a blast!

This place is disgusting! It's so dirty. The waiver kiosks are broken, the balls are dirty, and the jungle gym is filthy. You have to hunt down staff to open attractions like the zip line and rock climbing. The staff is made up of teens with no customer service skills. Don't go here!

We had our daughter's birthday party here and paid for the top package. The party host was unhelpful and unfriendly. For $400, I shouldn't have been serving pizza and cake myself. The rock climbing wall, which was included, wasn't staffed. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. My daughter had fun, but I was very disappointed with the service.

My kids love Urban Air! It's a great place for them to run around and have fun. The trampolines and obstacle course are their favorites.

Urban Air is a fun place, but it gets crowded, especially on weekends. The prices are a little high, but they do have deals sometimes.

We went for a birthday, this place just felt really outdated and dingy. The staff was unfriendly and just did not interact with the kids when spoken to. The balls in the ball pit were gross and dirty, the foam bricks were also like that looking like many had stains on them and bite marks. I paid for the ultimate pass which was $28/per kid. Was not worth the price. They are extremely overpriced for what they offer. The birthday boy was extremely disappointed and hated his visit. Will not go again. Especially to pay $100 for 4 guests (2 of which were adults). Even the locker rentals were $6 for just the hour or so you're there.

My family and i went to Urban air Sunday 2/23. We were having a great time until My 3 year old son went in the kid area to play on the play ground. The person who was working the Robe course or whatever that is inside of the playground area left the gate open and my son almost JUMPED without any harness. He could have died. Thankfully the worker ran and grabbed him. While we were there within less than three hours my son was the SECOND toddler that did this because employees are not there attending the gate, dont keep the gate locked properly or just not paying attention! When i told management when it was closing time they brushed it off and did not care. We love Urban air but the employees are careless at this location. Will not go back to this one.

It’s fun for kids I prefer the urban air in Mansfield because the workers are so amazing and actually care and always on top of everything. The one in Arlington just seems care less the were not on top of thing food came late and took longer drinks were not always stocked and then my 1yr old daughter was playing in the lil kids area where the slides are and as she is climbing up the stairs she falls through the side of the stairs because of a while that we were unaware of and ends up under the stairs trapped there’s no other opening to get her out but the one she fell through so I got her out and spoke to any worker and told them about it and that my daughter fell through the worker said “it’s not open all the time and the whole is there because we lost power and they had to cut it open” as if it made a difference. There was no sign or warning of the opening on the side of the stairs it wasn’t even closed off.
