Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

The place was filled with smoke and smelled like something was burning. My eyes burned and the kids only wanted to stay for about 30 min. There isn’t much to do but can be fun for the littler ones. You have to watch your kids because there isn’t much supervision unless it’s a ride you pay extra for.

The best experience I’ve probably ever had at an urban air!! I threw my daughter’s birthday there & she had the best time! Our party host, Jaylen, went above and beyond with the customer service. Was so incredibly helpful & helped me with whatever we needed. On top of that, the manager, Nina, was also amazing! She checked on us, was so nice at the end, & even assisted during the party with food orders, etc. Thank you, urban air Mansfield, and your team for helping make my daughter‘s birthday a success and making it a stress as possible!

The renovations have been a very nice! The facility is much cleaner. My 5 yo daughter tried the rock climbing for the first time last weekend. The attendant Nick was super sweet and encouraging to her. We saw him again today (that's when I learned his name). He was kind, patient, and cheered her on! He seemed to care- not just there to stand around & watch kids. We are members and come often. This young guy really stood out.

I took my son and a couple of friends for a birthday party. I was told I would have to pay $50 to bring in a birthday cake if I didn't book a party. That is asinine! I get not bringing in snack foods because of the food court, but it was a BIRTHDAY CAKE. And yet you let in personal water bottles. Did you charge them $50 to bring it in? I really don't know if I will ever take my son back. You will definitely have to shape up.

One of the best Urban Airs I've been too. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Facility is clean and inviting for all. So many cool activities besides just jumping. Obstacle course, rock wall, ball pit etc... Overall, great experience!
