Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park
REVIEWS
I was scared to attend this place as it has many bad reviews. Let me just say this was by far the most fun experience my daughter had. As you can see in the first picture my daughter wanted to use this skateboard on the ropes and she was scared and didn’t know how to use it. The employee walked over and helped her out by teaching her how to use it. He also made sure that other rowdy uncontrolled children around her didn’t push her. Obviously this is why rules are in place to keep others safe! Loved the teen who helped my daughter out! There are lots of seating places you can choose from. There are private rooms for party events which I loved since most places don’t offer that. Loved that it was a very friendly place with staff! Would definitely Recommend unless you have children who don’t follow rules then don’t go!!!!

This isn't the biggest indoor park, but it's convenient and you can easily find low-volume times when your kids can have a blast enjoying whatever attractions they want on repeat. I will often take my kids and work for a couple hours at a time and they usually have a blast. They also enjoy the snacks they get with a membership (popcorn and/or a slice of pizza) when we go. My only complaint is there's no variety - consequently my kids have ended up being a bit bored going back consistently after 4 months. We won't continue the membership for that reason and would likely steer others away from the annual commitment unless their kids are okay with repetition.

My son was invited to a party at Urban Air, and it was his first time there so he was nervous. I had my doubts about the workers, but Skylar was our party host and she was very helpful. She constantly checked in on us and asked how things were going, and my son had a wonderful time with his friends. We will definitely be returning soon and who knows, maybe we'll have his birthday there!

Me and my friends went . It was mostly fun except for the fact most of the rides weren't open while there was like 10 employees just sitting around doing nothing. We went on the tower thing and the employee did not buckle up my friend and just kept the ride going. The wait time for the climb zone was crazy, we stood there for a few minutes and they said we had to wait like 15 minutes before being able to go in even though they let other kids go in before us. We got some wings and they weren't ready until about 45 minutes later.

Price: $30 ish each to use everything. Didn't even use every attraction because they shut it down and you have to wait for employees to come. Good: Good place for kids I guess(Anyone past 10 ish years old should reconsider because that's when I started doing flips) Bad: - no flips(manager will stalk you if he suspects you of doing anything). Why would I go to a jump zone to just do regular jumps? Only things you can really do is run and barely jump. I might as well go to a track. - 1 big zone specifically for tricks(surprise they aren't allowed) - 1 singular long trampoline in the whole building. What's the point of a long tramp when flips aren't allowed? - attractions like bumper cars(in a jump zone?) - socks get destroyed after only 1hr - no re-entry
