Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Unsafe, Unprofessional, and Uncaring If we had done more thorough research before booking a party at Urban Air, we would never have chosen this place for such an important occasion—my daughter's birthday. Our experience over the weekend confirmed what countless other reviews have already said: poor management, lack of professionalism, and poorly trained staff make this location a disaster for customers. During our party, my daughter was injured while playing in one of their playground areas. Despite wearing the socks they provided, her toe was cut open by a sharp object, causing excessive bleeding. Her sock was torn wide open, a clear indication of unsafe conditions. When we sought help from the manager, the response was grossly inadequate. Instead of addressing the safety issue, securing the area, or even cleaning up, they simply handed us a Band-Aid. There was no apology, no explanation, and no action taken to investigate the sharp object that caused the injury. As the bleeding continued, we asked to speak with the person in charge. No one ever followed up with us. Frustrated and left without assistance, we had to leave to seek medical attention. Thankfully, the kid is okay at the end, but imagine if it was something very bad. When we returned, expecting at least some accountability, the staff informed us that our party room time was ending in 15 minutes. Still, no one provided the general manager’s contact information or even a name. Over two hours had passed since the incident, and not a single staff member demonstrated any concern for our child’s health or safety. Had we checked reviews beforehand, we would have seen the numerous complaints on Google, BBB, and Yelp—most rating this location with one star (and if zero stars were an option, they would deserve that, too). People have repeatedly pointed out the same issues for years: poor management, unprofessional attitudes, and a lack of customer care. It’s clear that this park, quite possibly the worst in the company, has no intention of improving. The fact that their displayed business license expired on 09/19/2024 further underscores their neglect and disregard for basic standards. This company clearly does not care about its customers, as they continue to operate without addressing safety concerns or improving their service. Urban Air failed us on every level—safety, service, and professionalism. I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting this place with your loved ones or special events. This experience has been a nightmare, and I hope they take immediate steps to change before someone else gets hurt—or worse. To us, they simply don't give a damn about you.

First time coming here. Family of 7 and can not rave enough about it. We've tried other trampoline parks and this place is by far the best we've ever been to. The staff are friendly. The place is clean and there is so much to do. Yes it's a little more expensive compared to other places but I'm telling you it's worth it for a family this size for all the fun it includes. We have decided to sign up for a membership soon that's how good this place is. 10/10!

Terrible experience at Urban Air. Wanted to bring my 11 year old and two friends for a few hours of play and as we attempted to purchase tickets on the way there I accidentally purchased 3 memberships. I did not want memberships for two kids that were not mine so was happy to pay for one and sort out the rest. The manager on duty could not help me at all - odd. Of course I was then told to call and email corporate/member services so as the kids played I did this only to receive NO HELP and be charge $68.01 for the next twelve months. I would have never assumed a children's play place would be in the business of bilking customers out of money especially when I tried to rectify the situation immediately. Be careful spending your money here because this company is not willing to help a customer out with ticket purchase and only wish to keep hundreds of dollars for a simple mistake.

We were very happy to visit this wonderful children's place. it was very clean there, we took platinum for the eldest son and deluxe for my youngest son. The children played and everything was fine as my little one really wanted to ride in a car but was not half an inch tall. I told him that he would not be able to ride in any way and he began to cry very loudly and the manager of the establishment saw this and asked what was the matter, he quickly reacted and within a minute my son was sitting in go-Kart with me with a huge smile. I want to express my deep gratitude to this wonderful person, I hope there will be more such good and attentive people on our planet

We have a son with autism and he loves loves lovessss go carts at this location! When this girl sage was giving us a hard time and not letting our kid with autism on the ride after waiting a while and already being on multiple times already. We let the Manager Hailey know and she went above and beyond and really made his day! She also has a son with autism so she was super empathetic, she corrected the employee sage, made it fair for him and really catered to his special needs! That filled our hearts because our child is 4 years old and doesn’t understand everything yet! He had such a great time which is why this is our favorite place to come to. They really take care of the kids and parents🥰 We definitely suggest coming and it is super worth your money! They have Super delicious pizza also..
