Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Absolutely disgusted by staff and management today after what I witnessed. Not even my child, and I’m still upset. A dad and his son with sensory needs were playing and approached because the child was not wearing “urban air” brand socks. The dad explained that he has sensory needs and he will only keep those socks on, and a manager has accommodated his needs before. Staff and “management” continued to harass and ultimately they had to leave. I used to manage a child’s play place in Parker, and I would NEVER not accommodate a child with special needs or sensory issues. Instead, staff should be working on keeping the bathrooms clean and stocked, and clean the absurd amounts of dusts on the play structures instead of causing unnecessary problems and sitting on their phones up front. Ugh.

My mom and I took my son for his 9th birthday as he has done nothing but talk about this place and how fun it is. The manager who helped us out was Nathan T and he was by far the best manager I’ve ran into that has an incredible attitude and personality and even went above and beyond by giving my son and his friend a coupon for a free ICEE for his birthday!! Customer service at this Urban Air was amazing from everyone and makes me happy to see such a great bond with everyone!! We will for sure be returning!! Thanks Nathan for being awesome sauce!!

Me and my family had a wonderful time. The staff was super friendly. The general manager was very nice, very supportive. The food was very great fun atmosphere for family friends. Kids had a great time. Looking forward to coming back. Everybody kept checking on us to make sure we were okay and we really appreciated that. We look forward to seeing you guys really soon. We always have great experiences at Urban Air. My boys have memberships, and they love to play for a couple of hours. While they play, I’m able to get some work finished at a table near the food court. Everyone has been accommodating and friendly. Nathan was especially helpful during our last visit.

This location is much improved under new management. New laser tag, attentive staff at every attraction and surprisingly good pizza and other snacks. Even had a staff member/referee in the dodgeball arena, which I’ve never seen, but it made that attraction so much more fun and engaging for everyone.
