Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

We used to love this place, and we still do. However, the downside is that these bracelets aren’t cheap. We buy the platinum passes specifically to enjoy the go-karts, but this is where I have to give it 3 stars. The go-karts are no longer functioning well. Given the number of customers they have, you’d expect them to invest in upgrades. These karts have served their time and are now outdated. They’re slow, frequently get stuck, and the super patient young staff often have to put in a lot of effort just to get them moving again. PLEASE URBAN AIR! GET THESE UPDATED and REPLACED!

I spent about an hour at this location, and I noticed several concerning issues. The place seems to be run by younger staff with little to no supervision. I saw kids walking back and forth in the kitchen with their food after eating, and employees who weren’t on the clock were in the back making themselves food. There was no adult oversight in the concession area, which affected both cleanliness and organization. While the kids in my group enjoyed the experience, the lack of management and cleanliness was noticeable. For example, one staff member started sweeping near our table while we were still eating and even pulled out a chair just as someone in my group was about to sit down, almost causing them to fall. Additionally, most of the food we ordered was burnt, except for the pizza, which was the best option. It seems like management stays at the front desk and doesn’t actively oversee other areas, which impacts the overall experience.

This place is awesome! Kids have too much energy they won't after you leave here! Kids of all ages will have a blast. The staff is efficient. They ensure that the rooms are available if you have one reserved. They even serve the food to ensure there are no issues with timing. The food is very inexpensive and the kids enjoyed it. Heck, I even thought the pizza was quite good. Planning a party or just want a place to take the kids this winter don't skip place.

Pretty pricey to do everything for me and my child with a military discount was 60$. They were quick to clean when had a spill. Pizza there is terrible but everything else. Snacks, drinks for adults and hotdogs.. want more can you ask for. 5-7$ for lockers' best to leave it in the car. For a Parent and Kid combo. There's karts, plenty of places of kids to roam. Police officer on sight, making sure everything is in place. Great place for a birthday party, play date, or somewhere to get tucker the kiddos out!!

We purchased 13 tickets to celebrate our son's football team winning their championship. We went on a weekday as the kids didn't have school and thought it would be less busy for the kids to run around. We specifically upgraded to the ultimate option as we knew they would want to get on the go karts more than a few times. So you can imagine our surprise when they were down when we arrived right at opening time. Then once up and running they had to shut down again for some maintenance. That's one complaint, next being overall friendliness of the few staff actually working. We had our younger son who is under 5 with us as well and bought his ticket for the under 5 as we didn't see a reason to purchase the ultimate as we were told he couldn't do any of the activities included. We found out upon arrival he could go in the go kart with an adult.. so we asked if he could ride with one of the others who had the ultimate wristband and were immediately met with a very unpleasant manager stating they cannot allow this unless we purchase our 4 year old an ultimate ticket to ride the go kart (this is the only thing they have that's different from sky zone in the area). The manager said "we spent 3million constructing this if we let you get by we are losing money".Mind you we had spent over $400 on wristbands alone and were the only group there on a Tuesday afternoon . So with the rude manager telling us unless we shell out another $45 dollars to get an ultimate wristband for our crying 4 year old , there's no other option for him to ride. you can say we had a not great experience. Not to mention the ball pit area was disgusting, there were balls that clearly had something on them . Next the foam pit also wreaked of pee . So if they can spend 3 million on go karts that need maintenance every 10 minutes they could easily invest in new balls for the pit and new foam. This place is run down and the staff is rude.
