So nice! Very clean. Staff is clearly well trained, attentive, and friendly. Courteous when enforcing rules. Very impressed. It's loud, but they don't have all the flashing lights other places have. I really appreciate how low-electronics the environment is. Cool equipment. Plenty I could do too. I loved the zip line loop.

Such a great place to take the kids to burn some energy indoor during the colder months. It does get busy during the weekend and they don’t have many tables for parents to sit or store your personal things.

The staff was all very detailed-oriented and cared about the customer experience. They walked a fine line between enforcing necessary rules and being kind. No one was checked out or bored, but very engaged in doing a good job. Excellent experience!

I wanted to share my experience at the Crystal lake location today. I came with my daughter expecting to jump of course, but also to pick up the 2 gift cards that I purchased online during the Black Friday sale. The girl outside kindly told me they were experiencing issues, gave me a free jump pass and said I “should” be able to pick up my gift cards tomorrow (Friday). After I drove away, I realized I can’t come tomorrow, so I figured I would call and see if there’s any way I could just get the gift cards. The man who answered the phone immediately had an attitude stating that their systems are down, they can’t issue gift cards and they’re not sure when they’ll be able to. These were gifts I purchased for Christmas so that was concerning to me, I asked if a refund was possible. again he rudely explained that gift cards are non refundable. This person offered no apology and no resolution. You can’t even just write down the incident and my name, hand me two inactive gift cards to be activated at a later date when systems are up and running? You can’t email me “gift cards” that I can hand to the people I purchased these for? Just absolutely nothing offered. Horrible way to treat your customers. I’m not sure what I’m going to do to proceed in just hoping I get the gift cards before Christmas but I’m incredibly disappointed and not sure I want to promote any future business to them by gifting these to anyone anyways.

If i could give 0 stars, i would. My daughter was measured when we bought yearly pass and we were told she had access to the deluxe attractions. After we purchased we used the passes about 3 times with no issues… upon the 4th return, we were told that she wasn’t tall enough for the deluxe attractions? So i guess within 1 week she shrunk? They need to train their staff on how to properly measure without shoes for accurate height. It’s not fair to a 3 year old who doesn’t understand that she was able to do something before and now all of a sudden can’t. Shame on your staff.
