Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Alex Conway and hunter Burton were the two most recognizable employees on my visit to urban air. Hunter helped and directed me and my family every time we had a question. Alex Conway was also very helpful. He made sure everyone was safe while they still enjoyed the fun. They both were great customer service workers and were very well rounded individuals.

I loved their ability to provide great customer service and a good experience for my family, while also keeping them safe and letting them have fun!! Great experience at urban air Amarillo! we came thanksgiving week. Extremely clean and well organized. We are members of another Urban Air in Dallas and Amarillo was WAY less busy, equipment is newer and better maintained. Good lunch too- real chicken strips (not low grade nuggets), fresh and made to order fries. We will be back!

Jeremiah was so helpful with my daughter she was afraid to go on the Sky Rider and he made her feel comfortable did magic tricks with her and then after that she was perfectly fine. He is an amazing person. We need more people like him at urban air.road

My kiddos absolutely love Urban Air! The staff is so friendly and helpful! Amber & Lucas were the absolute best and very attentive! Look forward to many more visits.
