Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

I love what they have to offer but they don’t take care of the cleanliness here. I want to be able to come back and enjoy it but it’s so sticky and dirty. These kids have to walk around with their socks on only. I’m disgusted and I’m wearing shoes.

Perfect place for kids! The environment felt very safe, and the staff was incredibly attentive. Big shoutout to Youssef for ensuring we were well taken care of! It was my son’s first time, and Ray and Megan went above and beyond to patiently show him how to drive the carts. Highly recommend!

As a returning member, I was astonished to see the filthiness at Urban Air Southlake. This location was one of the best and cleanest urban air parks around, but now cleanliness has clearly been overlooked or forgotten. As I pass by all of the trash cans that read" the cleanliest park", it's sad to see how much it is not true. I would hope Urban Air will take this seriously as cleanliness is of the utmost importance especially to families with small children. It really takes the fun away if I have to tell my children not to touch things that fall on the ground or wipe them off after touching things. There are McDonald's play parks that are cleaner than the play area that is made for little kids. UPDATED REVIEW 08/25/24 after receiving response to previous review from Urban Air management, I returned with family to see if any changes had been made (per Urban Air response) and my kids love urban air! However, ITS WORSE! I posted 10 new photos of more filth (there's even trash in the kids climbing area. The mats near the basketball goals are becoming unattatched and springs are exposed. Cleanliness is one thing, safety is another. We wish Urban Air and customers all the best and pray everyone stays safe and clean. It's unfortunate the state of this place as it is always packed and in an amazing area (Southlake) .

We had a fantastic experience at this Urban Air location! The improved layout makes navigating the park much easier, and plenty keeps kids entertained for hours. I have twins, and they especially loved the slides and rock climbing—both were massive hits! The addition of go-karts was a wonderful surprise; they’re super kid-friendly and offered at a great price. Much thought went into creating an enjoyable experience for families. We’ll return—my kids can’t wait for our next visit!

Urban Air Southlake is so much fun! There are lots of attractions, from trampolines to climbing walls, making it a great place for adventure and excitement. The Go-karts at Urban Air Southlake are awesome. The track is exciting with lots of twists and turns. What made it even better was Hailey’s amazing service. Even with a long line and only a few working go-karts, Hailey stayed calm, efficient, and friendly. She made sure everyone had a great time, even with some technical problems. The new indoor slides are a must-try, offering a mix of twists and turns that keep you coming back for more. The Launch Slide is a standout, providing an exhilarating drop from an elevated platform that gets your adrenaline pumping. The Surf Slide is my personal favorite.
