Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

The 1999 promotion that is featured on the website is not valid. The Destin location does not recognize that deal. I would also recommend you ask exactly what you're able to enjoy with whatever wristband package you buy. We waited in line for 30 minutes for an attraction just to be told at the front of the line that we could not enjoy it with our wristband. Thankfully the management assisted us and allowed us to enjoy the attraction. The customer service was great. They have good options in their Cafe. My children enjoyed their time and we will be back.

It’s my son’s 2nd time here Saturday Aug 3rd, 2024 and we love it. We arrived around noon and it was perfect timing, not too crowded because after 2pm it got very busy (normal). We purchase a large meat lover pizza for $16.95, it was delicious and value for the price. We purchased the Ultimate pass (see pic) and my son was very satisfied. Place is clean as well as the restroom. I do recommend for everyone to clean their table/counter after you finished eating as others might be waiting to seat and the staff are not sure if you have left for the day. Like most places clean after yourself as this will help in the future.

Overall good experience! My daughter had a lot of fun! I suggest going online to order tickets and do waiver before you arrive! Prices seemed a lot cheaper and made the process much quicker inside. My daughter was ready to go play!! I do wish they had a more accessible slide for little ones. There's a tall slide but harder for some kids to get to and sad when they can't reach it.

Went here on New Year' Eve and discovered some appalling details about this place. First off, bathrooms were atrocious. Blood and urine were visible in the family restrooms. Nothing but teenagers working. Saw one older man who must've been the Manager but he was mainly by the food area. I asked one of the employees what they do to "sanitize" the place and he said they do NOTHING. They don't spray any kind of disinfectant on the equipment, just let it sit with the germs of hundreds of people that visit each day. The employee did tell me that they changed out their balls from the ballpit every 6 months, so I guess that's good...😬😖. On my way out I saw a sign that read "the most sanitary indoor park" or something like that. They should rethink that statement. Please consider spraying a disinfectant on all your equipment daily to prevent the spread of germs.

This place is awesome!!! My kids had so much fun!!! I even joined in the great time!!! They loved it!!! And so did I! If I had one complaint, Urban was short staffed and sometimes the kids had a long wait to get in some of the activities until some was available. However, the bright spot to that inconvenience was Destiny. She was always available to help. She was everywhere. She was relieving others, starting the VR, taking money at the entrance booth, and lastly she was the one who opened the Laser tag. She was awesome!!! She was so great at her job, I went and ask her name so I could leave this review. Sometimes when businesses are short staffed the workers can began to not take pride in what they do because of exhaustion. But I am impressed that all of the staff at urban had great attitudes and were eager to help. Destiny however stuck out as a bright spot amiss so many shining lights. Thanks Urban for a great time with my children!!!
