Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

This place is fun for kids with lots of activities to enjoy. However, the service and staff don’t quite meet expectations. With better training and more attentive staff, this place could provide a better experience for families.

Had a great time! Geo and Imani were awesome during the whole visit. Loved that there were workers making rounds and really paying attention to safety. Clean facility. Friendly staff! Will definitely come back! So much to do!

Several attractions are made for kids 48" tall and over, I was there for a 6 year old birthday.. and unfortunately most kids were just a little too short for most attractions. ( for the amount of Staff that was on duty, you shouldn't need to go find someone to do an attraction) For older kids, absolute blast.

My daughter had her 7th birthday party here. Sam and Essence made sure the party went smoothly. My daughter was super nervous on the ropes course, but really wanted to try so Sam got up there and helped her and a couple of friends get past the first one and then they loved it! It’s so nice having everything provided and they even serve the cake. I definitely recommend a party here

This place is pretty good most of the time. But lately they have not been doing pizza by the slice, even though it’s on their menu, and have refused to honor that part of the menu until 4:45 or later. Additionally, they seem to have had trouble with staffing because they have had attractions closed and food counter taking 10+ minutes to find someone to order from. Beginning to re-think my membership here.
