Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

I have 2 younger granddaughters that would rather go to the Oakley Urban Air park than go to Kings Island. And Urban Air is more affordable than many other attractions. Even if you buy snacks. An average meal at KI is $16 half that at Urban Air. A membership is less than $20 a month.

My kiddo absolutely loves this place! As do I. We bought the monthly ultimate pass, it is a great deal super affordable only $16 a month. I highly recommend it.

A lot of very active attractions, and economical to get an annual membership to go regularly throughout the year. I went with one to three of my children aged 8-13 probably close to 20 times over a year, several parties for other kids, and a party that we hosted. There are many positives, as you can see in other reviews. However, I want to mention specific problems my family and I had in the course of our annual membership: Most employees running the attractions are not very attentive or just don't really care about what they're doing. There were numerous times that an employee was stationed at one attraction, there were no other kids there, and there were other attractions that my kids wanted to do that weren't staffed. I would expect some assistance, such as going to staff the other attraction if possible, or at least contacting a manager or someone else working to run the other one. So overall, not the best employees and/or management. Canceling a membership is an opaque process. There's no information whatsoever on the website. I called to ask about how to do it, and they said to go to the website. You have to do an internet search to find out how.

Shy was a great manager helped us with our first time here as well as her customer service was excellent very attentive and friendly! We will be back again because of her and how great the place was and how much fun the kids had. Thank you so much Shy, truly a blessing!
