I recently visited Urban Air and had an amazing experience! The place is packed with fun activities for all ages, from trampolines to obstacle courses. The environment is clean, safe, and very well-maintained. One thing that stood out during my visit was the exceptional service provided by a young employee named Madison. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made sure everyone was having a great time. Madison's positive attitude and willingness to assist really enhanced our visit. I highly recommend Urban Air for a fun and memorable outing!

for one when I got there I had sky zone socks that have the same rubber coating on the bottom. they wouldn't allow me to let my children jump with them. they insisted I had to buy urban air socks. what's the point of making such a big hub up of wearing their clean urban air socks, if the place is dirty. from what I remember they used to be an exchange program no cost involved. but their manager Emily, who was rude, insisted that it has not been in existence since 2019! the place is filthy. they haven't cleaned under the slides, they haven't cleaned the mats, the floor is lifted on the ramp, it's a tripping hazard! electrical hazards all over the place. piss all over the wall in the bathrooms. trash and hair hanging from where the kids swing around. you go on Google review or read anything off Facebook they say that our children's health and safety is of up most important to them but it does not show. there was brown chunks in the ball pit. pounds of dust everywhere. it is disgraceful! I will not be bringing my kids back here. trash everywhere. the windows to where the adults could lounge upstairs is filthy. where it says no food or drinks there was a whole bunch of wrappers and empty cups everywhere. staff was sweeping the balls with the trash back into the pit. the cubes are torn apart. needs to be replaced it looks like they've been half eaten. the playground steps where the kids have to climb to go to the slide is black it looks like mold is growing everywhere. from little food crumbs that haven't been cleaned up in years. the kitchen was disgraceful. trash everywhere!mess everywhere! nothing clean. staff not rotating gloves while handling food and then money. piles of dust under every bench, and every chair. all the hammocks that are supposed to catch our children if they fall filthy. The rubber on the ramp is warped to the point where I almost tripped. I feel bad for anybody that goes in there with a wheelchair. they might get thrown out of their chair. one ride has been broken for the past 3 years every time I go in. expose wires everywhere.. games out of order lockers out of order. It doesn't look like they get anything serviced in the past 2years. even the fire extinguisher was lacking proper inspection signatures on their quote on quote tags! all they care about is taking as much money out of your pocket as possible! hard to breathe the air. probably because I'm allergic to mold and there's most likely mold everywhere.

Amazing potential and generally we love it here but man, is it FILTHY. We came today 15 min after it opened to dirty bathrooms with no soap, only little bottles of hand sanitizer. Of all the teenagers “working” only two were actually being productive and vacuuming/mopping. The others were just hanging out waiting for questions or help. There’s A LOT to be done to upkeep a place like this and it’s never ending, no employee should just be hanging about especially when it’s essentially empty inside. In some of the netting areas there’s a ton of trash/dirt/dust balls nastiness. Coming back to add as of 5/10/24, it’s gotten even dirtier. 🤮🤮🤮 You guys. We walked in today at 4:30 pm to trash all over and someone is going to bust their teeth out on the ramp to the snack bar. Fix the mat flooring….and the spinning whipe-out type thing that’s been broken for months. 8/7/24 Update - it just keeps getting worse!!! I’m adding photos today. We considered this place as a birthday venue but I’d be MORTIFIED to have people here. The recent reviews are terrible but it doesn’t seem like a single thing is being done to rectify the situation. The big kids in the dodgeball area are out of control - cursing, firing balls at faces. I will commend the male teen here around 3pm, he removed a kid from the area. The only snack the membership had to choose from was popcorn today. The entrance from the parking lot is a disgrace, someone is going to get ill coming here.

Went there with my children and it was awesome! The attractions seemed exciting and easy to enjoy! The one worker, Madison, was lovely! She was a younger girl but very patient in helping my younger son on the sky obstacle course! I definitely recommend coming here if you have younger kids or even to have a birthday party! 🥳

My children always enjoy toddler times at Urban Air! However, today I was very disappointed by the cleanliness of the facility. Understandably, Presidents’ Day was probably a packed house but every evidence showed general maintenance was not performed for the next day/overnight.Trampolines had pizza pieces and huge dust bunnies. Ball pit had used band-aids. Empty candy wrappers left on jungle gym. With flu and stomach bug season the facility needs to be taken care of with more intention.
