Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

We had so much fun with our 8 year old twins. Fun for mom and dad too! Can’t wait to come back! Kamari was so helpful and great with my kiddos.

Came with two of my nephews and the customer service at the front was good that's why they got 2 stars. But mercy me the rest of the employees act like they do not want to be here. I suppose that's the point to make us not want to come back.

We had an amazing time at Urban Air for my nephew’s birthday, thanks to Kamari! She was super friendly, helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly. She went above and beyond to keep the kids engaged and made the party stress-free for us. Her great attitude and service made the day extra special. Highly recommend!

We had a party for our 2 babies here yesterday. All of our guest enjoyed themselves. Ellis/Elyse (our host) was absolutely amazing! From the time I walked in until leaving she explained everything thoroughly, she was attentive, and so helpful! From helping me set up the table with my decorations, answering every question, serving the children, etc. Great attitude and a very sweet girl!

My 10yr old had a blast here but with that said, I don’t feel the membership is worth it at this location. On our first visit we were charged full price on everything from the food to the merch! Found out on our second visit we are supposed to tell them we are members to receive the discounts they advertise with it. Why not do cards or have your employees asking if we have memberships? That’s another thing some of the workers here act scared to talk to anyone. One last thing, sanitize the ballpit! I’ve seen so many nasty looking balls and trash in that pit it’s sad! That pit is deep would also be nice to have foot holes or a ladder at the end to get up and out of it!
