Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

We celebrated my kids birthday here, kids thoroughly enjoyed all the attraction an almost played for 4 hours. Private rooms are spacious and food id also good. $49 for full attraction package is little expensive I think it worth &39 at the max. Our host was also great.

Went yesterday and had a not so great experience. However, one of the managers Ja Correy responded immediately to the feedback and invited us back to try again on a day that was not so crowded. I'm very glad we did. For whatever reason Sunday was so much quieter than Saturday. My two kiddos had a much better experience and this Mama really appreciates the customer service. I'm certain that after today we will return and will also try coming on a rainy weekday afternoon.

I have been here couple times for kids birthday party and am glad they have some indoor amusement parks in this area and it's fun for kids. We booked a birthday for my boy last weekend and kids had a lot of fun. The staff is great and always very helpful. But, one thing I don't like is it is overcrowded and my kids waited in the queue for 1.5 hours for Go Kart on Saturday. It's crazy. I understand it's always busy on the weekends but it's kind of disappointing for the long line and it is such waste of time.

Is you have smaller children check their hight before buying your passes. My daughter wanted to do the zip line and go carts but was too short. This came out AFTER we upgraded our tickets! The team did refund the upgrade, but it was an inconvenience for them. It was disappointing for a kid that got excited and told she couldn’t. Nothing that was mentioned to us before upgrading our tickets. But lots to do from arcade game, climbing walls ninja courses & trampolines.

I took my 8 year old daughter and 11 year old niece, and they had so much fun. I purchased the Platinum Package online and signed safety waivers for both girls. It made check in a breeze. The price is well worth it. We will definitely be returning here and having a birthday party in the near future. The facility was clean, and the employees were young and friendly teenagers. We got pizza, drinks, and nachos from the cafe, and there's plenty of seating to dine. Highly recommended!
