Absolutely best place to take your children. So many activities! It like an adventure! The staff are really kind. The place is clean. Pizzas good! Alot of fun for you and your family!!

I wanted to share my recent experience at your venue during a birthday party. Unfortunately, the service at the rock climbing station was disappointing. Initially, the employee assisting us was attentive and allowed kids to enter as soon as spots became available. However, before it was my child's turn, another employee named Alex arrived. Her slow and uninterested attitude caused a further delay of about half an hour, which was quite frustrating. We understand that everyone can have off days, but this level of service significantly impacted our overall experience. I hope the management will address this matter to ensure smoother and more positive interactions for future guests.

The place has potential with the ball pits and obstacle course. Staff is nice though. however, it is 100% completely short- staffed. It is constantly over crowded and that definitely needs to be adjusted.. literally only one person to work each department most times, which the amount that we pay and the frequent crowds, you would think money wouldn’t be an issue.. so I was also confused by that. Bathrooms and play area are completely covered in filth and are unsanitary. Anytime I take my kid here I’m constantly looking after her, as she has received multiple threats from kids and bullying in the past. (There is literally zero staff supervising the back trampoline areas to ensure the safety of others and the children) if you do take your child, just know it’s each person for themself and you should supervise your child.

This place is sometimes chaotic on Saturdays and Sundays, but that means more people to compete in Trampoline Dodgeball! That’s the BEST area out of ALL of them that’s actually fun. But the Trampoline area and Ball Pit area is great, too. If you’re scared of heights then I don’t recommend going on the Zip line. I haven’t gotten on it, but it’s frightening to me. 😵‍💫😵‍💫

In particular with this place it shows that the management does not care about maintenance. The price is the same as the other branches, however it does not have Laser tag and in addition to having fewer attractions than the other branches, several of them are damaged and the ones they have are neglected. It's hard to believe that a water dispenser is in that condition and exposed to small children. White balls that are crushed or damaged are not removed. The air conditioning shows as if it had raising animals so dirty and unpleasant. It is clear that they do not carry out inspections and the franchise does not care about keeping its name high. I think the owners should care about the place and meet standards of cleanliness, inspection and quality of service offered.
