Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Introduce

Welcome to Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park, located at 14173 Crossing Pl, Woodbridge, VA 22192, USA, and featured in the Theme Park Directory. Urban Air offers a variety of attractions designed to entertain children and teenagers, providing a fun and engaging environment for hours of activity.

The environment at Urban Air in Woodbridge is described as lively but not overly crowded, creating a good atmosphere for fun. The facility seems spacious, with a dedicated cafe area where parents can relax or read while their children play. While there are plenty of tables in the cafe, they tend to be occupied, requiring some patience to secure one. The park is generally considered pretty safe and is well-suited for children between the ages of five and fifteen, allowing them to move around comfortably without the risk of being overwhelmed by older kids. The restrooms are noted to be surprisingly clean.

The services offered by Urban Air include a wide array of attractions such as trampolines and obstacle courses that allow kids to challenge themselves. Platinum tickets grant access to additional activities like laser tag and bumper cars, which are highly enjoyed. Concession prices are reported to be reasonable. The check-in process is generally quick, especially if tickets are pre-purchased online. However, one piece of feedback is the desire for lower-priced tickets to also be available for online purchase to avoid in-person lines.

Features of Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park include a diverse range of attractions catering to different age groups, from toddlers (4 years old mentioned enjoying it) up to teenagers (13 years old also had fun). The availability of platinum tickets unlocks more activities like laser tag and bumper cars. The spacious cafe area provides a dedicated space for parents to relax. The cleanliness of the restrooms is a notable positive. Pre-purchasing tickets online is encouraged for a smoother check-in. However, one concerning incident was reported regarding the operator of the bumper cars leaving a child stranded and distressed in a car. Despite this, the overall design of the park offers many options to keep children entertained for extended periods.

While one customer mentioned using a Black Friday gift card, no other specific promotional information was available in the provided reviews. Though very expensive (because of the offerings, I paid $40 each for 5 children.) I went for a second time when my nieces and nephews came to town because I was able to get a Black Friday giftcard. From the youngest (4) to the oldest (13) they enjoy themselves for HOURS! Attractions are all great and concession prices are reasonable. It wasn鈥檛 too crowded, but it seems lively for a good time. Seems pretty safe. Overall, when you can afford it, this place would be a nice place to try out or celebrate an occasion. There is a spacious cafe area where parents can read a book while kids play for just relax. There are plenty of tables but they seem to always be taken. You just have to stay close so that you can grab one when someone leaves. My only feedback would be to allow for the lower priced tickets to be available for purchase online to avoid lines in person.

I see several negative reviews and so I鈥檇 like to first point out what this establishment does right! Upon entering (at around 1:30pm) it took me around 5 minutes to complete the checkin process and obtain our socks. I highly encourage you to pre-purchase tickets. As we moved the facility, I was surprised to find several unoccupied tables/chairs. It was also comforting to see that this place was not overly crowded. This place is best suited for children between the ages of five and fifteen. I felt comfortable allowing my daughter and her friends to run around without the fear of being trampled by older kids. We purchased the platinum tickets, so our girls were able to enjoy laser tag and the bumper cars (too much fun). I will note that I do not appreciate the operator of this attraction leaving my child stranded in the car as she screamed for help to get out (one of her friends had to assist her). He simply walked past her. The place is designed quite nicely with so many options to keep your little ones entertained. And, I will point out that the restrooms were surprisingly clean! The food is what one can expect from a place such as this. I will add that I waited over 20 minutes to receive popcorn 馃槖 but they seemed quite busy and everyone was very pleasant so not anything to turn me away from future visits.

We went for a birthday party and everything was great. Good service. Our daughter had so much fun she wants to do her birthday there as well.

Now THIS Urban Air location was on point! yes, it鈥檚 still fairly new and there are some minor kinks to work out but overall we really enjoyed our visit. The food was a complete no for me, but hopefully with enough feedback over time that will improve. Although I went on a weekend I couldn鈥檛 help but notice how convenient they made it for parents to telework from the facility. There are counter spaces with ample power outlets in pretty much every corner. There are also several sections with massage chairs. They are trying to make it as comfortable as possible for us parents! I will say for a good portion of the day the flip bumper cars were inoperable, which was kind of a bummer. But once they were working, the kids really enjoyed it. We will definitely be back!

WAY way to expensive for what is offered there. $40 per child for their 'all inclusive' which really isn't that much compared to similar parks that charge less. The lines were incredibly long as the bumper cars for the longest time only had 2 operational.. the rest were just scattered and made it hard for even those two running to move around. It's nice that the passes are basically all day compared to say sky zone where it's 2 hours.. but this also means that the place is packed and doesn't really empty out. The front staff didn't seem to really know what was going on. There were 4 different lines and 1 person running it. we got bounced between three different lines and it still took quiet a while to be checked in. They never asked what size socks just threw three pairs at my kids and moved on. Will say as i'm sure it's the area it's located in. It certainly doesn't attract the best sort of people. My middle son got bullied by teens and called a racist by them cause he was simply trying to find the parents of a boy that was trying to claim an entire trampoline to himself and attacking kids who dared to bounce onto it. Staff did nothing about the kid or the teens.
