The manager/supervisor greets my family every time like we’re apart of the Urban Air family! You must have patience waiting in the cafe’ line but the food is worth the wait! The pizza is Amazing! Very thankful for the experience I had with this location.

If you're looking for a place where your kids can burn off enough energy to make bedtime a breeze, Urban Air Harrisburg is the answer to your prayers. As a mom of four with ages ranging from "barely walking" to "can we go yet, Mom?" finding a spot that keeps everyone entertained is nothing short of a miracle. Urban Air? Miracle achieved. Teaching My 5-Year-Old to Fly Let me start by saying a huge thank you to the incredible staff for teaching my fearless 5-year-old how to fly. No, really—he flew on the indoor zip line, aka the Sky Rider, and I’m not sure who was more thrilled: him or the mom watching him zip by, giggling like a maniac (yes, that was me). He rode it again, and again... and again. Honestly, I lost count. By the time he finally stopped, I’m pretty sure he had started plotting how to install one in our backyard. A Go-Kart Obsession My 7-year-old, who has special needs, found his happy place on the Go-Kart track. Watching him behind the wheel, grinning ear to ear as he zoomed around like a tiny Mario Kart champion, was pure joy. This kid could go round and round all day, and honestly, it was such a gift to see him so engaged and having fun in his own way. Urban Air gets major bonus points for attractions that meet the needs of ALL kids. Even the Tweens are Happy And then there’s my oldest. You know the one—10 years old, world-weary, and "bored" before we even leave the house. But even he couldn’t find a single thing to complain about at Urban Air. Between the ropes course, climbing walls, and epic dodgeball games, he had so much to choose from that he was actually too busy to roll his eyes at me. Victory! Toddler Approved Let’s not forget the tiniest member of our crew, my toddler. Urban Air even has areas just right for her, like the Tubes Playground, where she could climb, explore, and slide to her heart’s content without being trampled by her older siblings. It’s not easy to find a place that can accommodate the full range of my crew’s energy levels and interests, but Urban Air nailed it. A Family Favorite Urban Air Harrisburg has officially become a family favorite. It’s a place where everyone—from my thrill-seeking 5-year-old to my too-cool 10-year-old—can find their own kind of fun. Even I managed to sneak a moment to sip my coffee in peace while watching the chaos from a comfy chair (let's call that the real MVP of the experience). So thank you, Urban Air, for giving my kids the chance to fly, zoom, climb, and tumble their way to a great day. We’ll be back soon—because bedtime after an Urban Air visit is practically a gift from the parenting gods. If you haven’t been yet, grab your Urban Air socks, pack the kids, and prepare for an adventure they’ll be talking about long after they’re tucked into bed (and snoring blissfully). 10/10 recommend.

We love this place. If you pick the perfect time and day, you will have no issues. If you're there on a Friday or Saturday at prime time.....maybe not so much. This location has had some issues with fights and theft, however, I have never personally experienced this, but heard of others who have, and they always remind me to watch my belongings, and keep an eye on my kiddos. I have noticed that management has taken care of every problem professionally and as quickly as possible. We did have my daughter's birthday there this year, and she had the time of her life. It was expensive, but the only thing we had to do was show up, and bring the cake, plus all the kids can jump all day when the party is over!!!

I just signed up for the monthly membership for my son and I which is a heck of a deal and makes way more sense than paying a daily pass. It does come with the 12-month commitment but I think we will definitely use it throughout the year. We literally stayed there for 7 hours the first day doing everything. My kiddo is 7 and loved everything. The virtual reality area was his favorite but we also enjoyed the go-karts, trampolines, climbing area, obstacle courses and playground. My son is a pretty picky kiddo and he actually likes the pizza from the cafe. I agree with another parent to please add coffee to the cafe. I don't drink soda but coffee would be so appreciated, especially after spending many hours doing a lot of the activities with my kiddo. There was a vending machine that has Dipping dots in it. it would be nice to have other vending machine options just so you don't have to stand in the long lines at the cafe. Maybe add some tea and iced coffee options into those vending machines and we are good. We are so excited to have such a fun place near us that we can go to year round. Yes the lines are a little slow at the go-karts, cafe and the climbing area. But better than Hershey Park lines!! A great option for when the weather is not great which is a good third of the year! All of the staff are friendly and so patient, even after helping lots of kiddos all day long. The premium membership is the best deal of all. You can do all the activities all day everyday they are open. The price and quality surpasses any of the similar type activities in our area. Yay for Urban air! Our only complaint was the virtual reality area was not open on the Sunday that we came to visit. That was my kiddo's favorite part so he was bummed that it never opened. Otherwise we are very happy with everything at Urban Air. Definitely check it out!!

Kudos to the manager and the staff. Absolutely immaculate, very professional, very kind. Very very very clean, and it’s a Thursday (some of these places don’t clean till the weekend). The food! I’m actually impressed. Truly, I was expecting gross half frozen stuff but this pizza is better than the pizza next door at papa John’s. I actually got the membership because of how impressed I was. Great job!
