Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Kids always love this place! It’s kept fairly clean compared to other locations visited and other brands. All employees that we have interacted with have been friendly and patient. This location is fairly new and all activities are still looking great. Virtual games and laser tag are unique to this location. Only negative is that during peak hours they’re severally understaffed, which poses great danger for the little jumpers as bigger jumpers and adults aren’t always careful around them or following the 1/trampoline rule.

I paid to use the massage chair for a hour while I wait on the kids to play but the chair did not function properly. I notified the staff and the manager said I’d get my money back. I did not get my money back and it’s been two weeks. I’m a member too! My son and his best friend had fun though some activities weren’t available or charged.

The place itself was nice. The staff left something to be desired. They actively let grown adults cut the line in front of kids who had been waiting a long time. I even witnessed where they asked a kid to wait another turn so people who came up and didn't even wait in line could get on the attraction.

We love this place! A lot of these negative reviews are about the behavior of guests. The business can't control how other people behave. unfortunately a lot of teenagers are careless around children and some full grown adults behave like children but that is not the fault of the business. employees can only do so much. yes it gets super busy over the weekends because that's when most people go out and are not working so if you want a calmer environment just come during the week! my kids love this place! we have a safe and pleasant experience every time because we always come on weekdays when it's not so busy. They are the best trampoline park in the area, and have reasonable prices unlike skyzone. Would hate to see this business suffer because of other peoples behavior, or such bad reviews about guest behavior. Don't ruin it for everyone. 👍

Fun place for kids to hang out for a few hours! Would recommend the monthly pass if you go! Includes everything for under 20 bucks. My kids enjoyed laser tag and the rock climbing wall. Great staff, clean and well run. Would like better pizza and food but not going just for that.
