Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

We took our younger kids here for a little fun. It was an okay experience the kids had fun. It wasn’t the cleanest looks like they needed more staff. I saw many parent with their laptops so it seems like a great place to go if you have some homework or work to do and your kids need to let out some energy. I would suggest someone at the door for safety procedures as kids are leaving to make sure they are leaving with the correct person. I would likely go back!

We celebrated my granddaughter 7th birthday at Urban Air. We had a great time. We had a great experience from the planning until after the party. The birthday host was polite, professional and very attentive. The attendant on the zip line Bella was so great with the kids, made them feel safe and care for. She made sure the belts on the kids were secured, spoke to the children on a level they can understand. She made the kids feel comfortable and made it very fun for them. We now have a membership for our granddaughter so she can socialize and burn that energy off. We would recommend Urban Air for any future parties.

I went for the first time this past Sunday for my son's schoolmate's birthday. I must say, the facilities impressed me; there's a sense that it's a new place. However, the logistics left me with a bad impression. I ordered a combo of tenders in the kitchen, and it took 52 minutes to come out, which was astonishing. Apparently, the person in the kitchen had let the tray where the tenders were being made burn completely, so they had to remake the entire tray. From what I saw, they make it in the pizza oven. Also, the place was packed, and there was a noticeable lack of staff. They have hired many young people, which is good for the work dynamic, but it requires proper supervision. I did see someone who seemed to be the manager, but he was already overwhelmed. I understand that for the logistics that occur in the place, more staff and leadership are needed. The employee who was inside the kitchen on Sunday, May 5th, had a poor attitude. The cashiers were doing their best with all the people who were upset about the wait. From what I saw at the birthday party, the employee was friendly, but the delay in food in the kitchen was noticeable in the birthday service. I loved the activities provided by the place; it's definitely a fun place for both adults and children.

I recently visited Urban Air Adventure Park in Altamonte, and I can’t say enough great things about this place! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, and the energy of the park was contagious. The variety of activities kept everyone entertained—kids and adults alike. Whether it was the trampolines, obstacle courses, or the amazing climbing walls, there was truly something for everyone. A huge shoutout to General Manager Lorenzo for going above and beyond to ensure our experience was unforgettable. Lorenzo’s professionalism, attentiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout our visit. It’s clear that he leads the team with enthusiasm and a focus on creating a fun, safe, and memorable environment for all guests. If you’re looking for a place to have fun, celebrate a special occasion, or just burn off some energy, Urban Air Altamonte is the spot! We’ll definitely be back

Honestly the best deal in town. Got the $17.99 pass a month, for unlimited use and have used this pass at least 2 times a week. Found out my 6 year old loves rock climbing and love that he gets to play with other kids after school, rather than sit at home on the electronics. The massage chair are a plus for the adults.
