Nice place. You can get a room for party group or a table out in the general area. Have various trampoline and other related activities. Good design. Great ninja area. Overall, smaller and tighter and darker too, which made locating my child more challenging.

My granddaughter is a Platinum member and simply loves it. Being a member has more bang to your buck. Pay monthly go as many times as you like plus free slice of pizza and a snack every time.

I took my 2 grandsons (5 and 10) on Saturday 12/28. We went right at opening time because there are fewer kids and less older children in the morning. The monitors were all great. The girl covering the ball pit was very attentive and directed my boys on the right way to do things. The Wipeout area attendee was good too. While they were all attentive they really need to smile more and be friendlier. We also had great experiences at the climbing area where they wear harnesses and the ropes and zipline areas. We were there for 3 or 4 hours before it started to feel crowded. It seems expensive when you are paying for it but there is no time limit so it really isn't bad. The eating areas and the bathrooms were cleaner than I expected them to be with all the kids. The boys had a blast and didn't want to leave even after that length of time.

We don't typically do big, expensive parties for our kids. However, going to a trampoline park was the only thing on my oldest's gift list, and we wanted to surprise her. We've been invited to a few other birthday parties at trampoline parks over the past year of school friends. I'm going to not be shy in saying, Urban Air was the best experience yet for us. It was our first time there and we did have a few hiccups... the VR and Skyrider were down for the first 30 minutes of the party. The manager said they were working on it. It wasn't a huge deal because half the party stayed for nearly the whole day! That was a huge perk - that you could stay as long as you wanted, not just the 2 hours of the party. We decided to do a party table instead of a paying extra for a party room. The table was great - right under the high ropes course and with a good view of the skyrider. They had 6 or 8 big party tables and only maybe 5 parties throughout the whole time. We stayed at our party table the whole time we were there, but I wouldn't expect that to happen if it was super busy. Every worker was very friendly and very helpful. Some quieter than others which was hard hearing with the noise, but no rudeness. KaShaun was our host and he checked in regularly at our table or when he saw us elsewhere in the park. My kids got into clapping for whenever they announced another birthday party which I thought was cute. Everything looked clean. The ball pit had pearly white balls, and honestly, I expect dust in the corners, but I really didn't notice any. We went at noon on a Sunday and it was not busy at all. It did get busy around 3 and again closer to 630. The kids really liked the VR and Skyrider the best, but I think it was just novel for them. Probably did the skyrider 15+times and VR 8-9 times, there was hardly a line the whole day - maybe had to wait for 1 group but, rarely a second. The pizza was thick, and almost like ciabatta base. It was good, better than majority of pizza from other activity places. Larger than I thought and they cut them in squares so they went pretty far. The icees were reasonably priced, I think $4.50 or so for a large which was probably double the size of Big Air's slushy, plus we got some 50%off coupons with the party. They have a white cherry freeze which was what my kids got. We don't necessarily restrict dyes in our house, but it was nice that they had options for those who do. Good job Urban Air crew, you made a very happy 10 year old.

Had a birthday party here for my son and we had a blast. Our host Kayshawn(spelling may be wrong) was attentive and checked in on us often. The manager was present and helpful. Staff members very friendly and patient with the kids. It was a very fun time and a lot of things to do for any age range children. We will definitely be back!
