Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Signed up my 2 of my son's friends in October for a birthday party, and around the time they had a special first 200 "Fan Card for a free basic pass," jumping only basically* And wow ofcourse new management isn't going to keep records.. Will have no recollection of their own promotions that had gone on when management was switched... Very frugal management and still see young kids working here with sweaters possibly get treated horribly. I definitely see less and less people coming here for a Friday night.. better make sure you bring your pass card! Because they will definitely say that you need to have it present or will tell you to pay AGAIN! The owner has her kids running around the back counters while attending customers... Also just a heads up the best pass they have isn't even worth it because the go karts don't even work! They'll suddenly turn off and have to get reset in the middle of the race!!!

Honest review after giving them the benefit of the doubt because they are under new ownership. THIS. PLACE. IS. DIRTY!!! I could not even possibly begin to fathom the filth on the mats...you can see all the dark dirt piled up on ALL trampoline mats. It's beyond disgusting. It takes a wet wipe to clean those off or a magic eraser. (Speaking from experience of our own gym mats). Not to mention the dust bunnies and layers of dust on railings and under counters. I felt so gross being in here and couldn't wait to leave. I didnt have much interaction with the manager other than we all came with grippy socks from another trampoline park (dude seriously, they are ALL THE SAME)..and he made me buy all new ones. I honestly think thats the most ridiculous rule these places have. But sure okay, I bought them because the kids were right there. Still annoying. The hall light to the bathroom either wasn't on or working and my kids were freaked out to go to the bathroom. Just gave me backroom vibes and adds to the dirtiness/decline of the facility. If they let their facility look like this when we were the first ones to arrive in the morning, then I don't want to imagine even ordering food from here either. Let the pictures speak for themselves. My kids refused to get a drink of water at the fountain because of how nasty it was!! OH, BEST PART YET....In "2025" you can not use any coupons/tickets that don't have a "date" on them. We purchased official Urban Air tickets (have the legit name on them and everything) from a fundraiser (bought them discounted) and they can't be used after today....LOL. Such a waste of money. I won't be returning. It used to be a great place. Just dirty and run down.

Awful place. There are MICE!!! New owners are worse than the old ones. At least the old owners were nicer to their staff. Watched some poor kid get yelled at by his manger for something he couldn’t control. Very upsetting experience! And the owners keep trying to take peoples reviews down to silence us.

Super fun place. We had a birthday party there and the kids had a blast! Jason was awesome and we will be back to play some more! The kids had a great time and so did we. Thank you! Membership rocks!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The temperature was EXTREMELY cold, they are obviously trying to save money on heating. Most employees have to wear hoodies and long sleeved shirts under their work shirt. My kids had to leave their sweaters on (which is hard because they are playing and starting to sweat), my kids had frozen hands, noses and ears. I couldn't take my jacket off. Worst birthday experience for my son. The costs are not cheap, I can't believe the heat is turned down, the floor is frozen, THE TRAMPOLINES ARE COLD and we're only allow to wear socks. Most people had their winter jackets on. St Charles management understand the temperature outside is 19°!!!! Unfortunately after all that expense we could only stay less than an hour. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE
