Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Introduce

Welcome to Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park, located at 2440 E Moreland Blvd, Waukesha, WI 53186, USA. As an amusement park listed in the Theme Park Directory, Urban Air offers a variety of attractions including trampolines, adventure activities, and more.

Based on recent customer reviews, the overall experience at Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park in Waukesha appears to be mixed, with some fun activities but significant concerns raised regarding customer service, safety, and cleanliness.

One visitor who used an online wristband special noted that while the activities were fun, the customer service was lacking. They described the staff as very young and inexperienced, with slow service at the front and ticket exchange, and a lack of proactive assistance. They also pointed out safety issues, such as a lack of instructions on the zip line leading to an injury, and no attendants monitoring the trampolines or jumping areas, requiring vigilant parental supervision. Amenities like lockers were reported as malfunctioning, and seating in the food area was minimal without a reservation or party room. While the family bathrooms were a nice feature and the main bathrooms were clean for one reviewer, another described the bathrooms as "ATROCIOUS" and smelling strongly of urine, indicating severe cleanliness problems. The party rooms were noted to be a good size.

A more critical review labeled the park as "DISGUSTING" and the "DIRTIEST" and most overrated indoor playground they had ever visited, especially considering the $50 per person cost. This reviewer reported ripped safety netting on the sky rider in three different places, significant dust and dirt on platforms, rude and unprofessional staff who seemed unhappy and did not monitor attractions, and a lack of rule enforcement leading to misuse of attractions and unsupervised toddlers. The presence of a janitor wearing a ski mask was also noted as highly unprofessional. This visitor strongly recommended against visiting due to the uncomfortable and unsafe environment.

The environment at Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park includes various activity areas such as trampolines, go-karts, a zip line (sky rider), arcades, and a ninja course. Services include access to these attractions, party hosting in good-sized party rooms, and a food area with limited seating. Features mentioned are go-karts, a zip line, arcades, trampolines, family bathrooms, and party rooms. However, significant concerns have been raised about the inexperience and poor attitude of the staff, long wait times, lack of safety monitoring and instructions, malfunctioning lockers, poor cleanliness throughout the facility including bathrooms and activity areas, and damaged safety equipment. No specific promotional information was available in the provided reviews. Local users in Waukesha, WI, considering a visit to Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park should be aware of the serious concerns raised by recent customers regarding customer service, safety hazards, and the overall cleanliness of the facility.

Customer Reviews

We visited Urban Air using their online wristband special. While the activities were fun, the overall experience was mixed. Customer Service (2.5/5): Staff seemed very young and inexperienced. There were 6 attendants at the front, but no one greeted us—we had to initiate every conversation. They struggled to find our order and didn’t tell us it included socks, so we had to go back for them. At the ticket/gift exchange, we waited a long time for help even though several attendants were standing around. Activities: The go-karts were fun (3/5), but we waited 15 minutes to start despite being the only group in line. The zip line was enjoyable but lacked instructions—there are “pit stops” where you need to run, and I injured my toe because no one explained this. The arcades were great, with games like DDR and claw machines. However, there were no attendants near the trampolines or jumping areas, so parents need to keep a close eye on their kids. Amenities: Lockers were frustrating—they malfunctioned, and staff had to manually open mine. Even the manager admitted the lockers are an ongoing issue. There was minimal seating in the food area unless you reserved a table or had a party room. Family bathrooms were a nice touch, and the main bathrooms were clean. Party rooms are a good size for groups. Food (3/5): Chicken wings were okay—make sure to ask for them fried hard. Overall, we had fun, but the experience would be much better with improved communication, better-trained staff, and more attention to detail. Rating: 3/5.

DISGUSTING!!!! This has to be the DIRTIEST and most overrated indoor playground i have ever been to. keep in mind we paid $50 a person for this! The bathroom sink’s were ATROCIOUS!! not to even mention the bathroom itself smelt like urine has been soaking into those floors for MONTHS. I recommend bleach🙏!! On the way up to the sky rider THE SAFETY NETTING WAS RIPPED IN 3 DIFFERENT PLACES!! Not little rips either, they were big enough for a small child to crawl through, you could also physically see the dust and the dirt on all the platforms, ALL the employees hate their job and very obviously do not want to be there, they are rude, unprofessional, i didn’t see a single employee monitoring a single attraction besides go karts, and they would gather in groups to sit and talk. They didn’t greet anyone when they entered, nor did a single employee even smile at anyone. There were 4-5 people per trampoline, toddlers wondering everywhere without supervision, kids misusing EVERY SINGLE ATTRACTION for example using the ninja course as a ball pit so anyone who actually wanted to do the course had to either dodge literal babies or just not do it at all. No rules were in forced, The janitor was literally wearing a ski mask. Like are we serious? How more unprofessional can this place get? I was SOOOO uncomfortable when trying to do anything because i felt like such a burden. I DO NOT recommend at all. I have absolutely no clue how so many people still go here.

Thank god I took my family right at 11am when doors opened! After a couple of hours a ton of people flooded the building and it was hard to walk around and not bump into someone. On The day of my visit as well, there was a couple of teenagers between the ages of what it looked like 13-16, having a make out session in one of the areas; where mine and other people’s young children were playing in. My son had made me aware. I went up to stop the kids and told staff. Parents should be aware of what their kids are doing and not be left alone. Who knows what else they were doing. This isn’t Urban Air’s fault, maybe have staff inside the climb up areas. Overall it was a fun experience.

5/5 stars! We had an AMAZING time at urban air were bouncing off the walls from the moment we walked in. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the facilities were top-notch. The trampolines were so much fun, and the dodgeball arena was a highlight for my kids. They also loved the foam pit and the ninja warrior course. I was impressed by the safety measures in place, too. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommend urban air for a fun, active day out with the family.

I was very delighted with my experience at urban air today. All of the staff was AMAZING! However there was one staff in particular that made our day. Emily at the food court went above and beyond. She was super kind and exceded expectations to make our food and our overall experience amazing.
