Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

First and foremost, this establishment needs a whole new team at this location! It's like kids running an establishment for kids. Where are the adults? That's one! Secondly, the staff (children) that they do have are rude and disrespectful! Furthermore, this location don't even follow the guidelines of height they pick and choose what child they feel like to do certain activities! Also, if an establishment closes at 9 pm, then the food department should not turn you away at 8:50pm because the young manager and staff want to leave because it's Saturday night. There was nowhere to sit down trash was on every table, not once did a staff come out and wipe down tables after any of the families was done, and trash just piled up on dirty tables. Please do not get me started on that trifling bathroom they need to understand with the traffic of young kids we all know they are not the best when it come to the bathroom so someone should be constantly checking them for kids poop and things on them toilets not 1 employee came out to physically clean and disinfect the restrooms and I was here for 3 hrs! Last but not least they allow young ruthless teenagers in there WITHOUT A ADULT (SHOULD BE A AFE LIMIT) THE UNSUPERVISED teens was wrestling and fighting in the pits, running through the establishment wild (had to check 3 of them almost knocking my 4yo daughter down), they also was in there just doing whatever they wanted. Also, the profanity you here in this place from staff and UNSUPERVISED teens is ridiculous for this to be a family place. Overall, I will not visit this location unless they have some major changes because this location is Ghetto as hell!

We had my son's birthday party here a few weeks ago and it was a great experience! The day started with me unable to locate the email confirmation and I called to confirm I had booked the party. the gentleman who answered the phone was so patient with me while we figured out I had entered my email address incorrectly. Once we go tot he party, the party hostess was so sweet and kind to all the kids and set everything up for us. Overall, Faatumah and her team were amazing from start to finish! The kids had a fantastic time playing and jumping all afternoon. Thank you for giving my son such a fun birthday party experience!

Spent over $80 for 2 children and 2 parents just to get scolded repeatedly because my 6yo apparently couldn't stand up fast enough to get himself out of the ball pit. Multiple attraction attendants were flat out rude for no reason. I understand needing to enforce rules for safety, but we didn’t go to an art museum — we went to a trampoline park to burn some energy and have fun.

We celebrated our daughter’s birthday with our extended family here. This place is nice for kids under 12 years and elders can have some fun as well. Staff is nice and friendly and our kids had lot of fun. I would definitely recommend it for any family parties or group events. We got out booking very late but I recommend others to do your booking in advance if you want a separate room for your event.

The most dangerous and unprofessional place I have ever been to. My daughter who is 3 was jumping on the trampoline that you then hop on a cushion and the cushion was completely broken and she fell down 5 feet underneath it. I then had to go rescue her under the cushion where she could not breath. I’m just lucky I found her. I then proceeded to tell the manager who looked at my like I was an idiot and did not care. I went back to where my daughter almost died and no one fixed the hole she fell through. OTHER CHILDREN were jumping around it!!!!! I had to tell the employees how dangerous it was and to stop jumping. Not only did they not care that my daughter almost died, the one employee then yelled at me and told me I can’t have a water on the platform!!!!!! I will be in touch with corporate. We need to protect our children at all costs!!!
