Had a birthday party there for my 6 yr old. Definitely is expensive ($600+) for 10 kids and a private room with a host. My host was very sweet and attentive. If you can afford it, I recommend it Only downside is, they do not offer payment plans like some places.

We were at a friend's birthday party. A good place for kids!!! Lots of different attractions: obstacle courses, trampoline, wall bars, rock climbers, slides, ball pools. You can also order standard food: French fries, pizza, etc. (junk food:)) I hope they will fix this someday and make it normal food for kids!!! The staff is not bad, they helped with registration and were kind. I'll save one star until they come up with a menu for kids without junk food! And also! A lot of dust accumulated over time, needs to be cleaned well for kids! Unfortunately, this is a common problem in such places.

Interesting place, harkens back to MY childhood in the 50s and 60s when you could rent outdoor trampoline time. Took two 6 year old grandchildren here and they enjoyed bouncing on many varieties of trampolines. Don't come if risk averse- kids are jumping all over the place and I saw no accidents but it’s up to the kids to decide how high they can bounce or jump. They can also fall into balls or spongy squares. Many adults are seated at the large food area using computers, chatting. The temperature was very chilly for me but then I wasn’t jumping. That’s a nice thing. No charge for a watching adult. Plenty of staff around but lots of kid freedom. Lots of activities for the younger ‘under 52 inches’ crowd. Very nice. I’d say after junior high you’d be bored. There is a nice ropes course high above, and a nice high up serpentine metal track which is rather like a zip line for older kids. I don’t know what powers it because there is no elevation change. I can understand why birthday parties are popular here. For us, two hours were plenty. I’ll keep their ‘urban air’ socks for next time, as they were $3.50 each. I came for 40% during their anniversary week and that was about the limit of what I’d want to pay ($22 with the socks).

Went on a Saturday afternoon right in the middle of prime Birthday Party time. It was a little crowded but I expected it on a Saturday afternoon. However, the team was friendly and welcoming. The manager was at the front desk and he helped our party. I don't recall his name but he chatted with myself and my kids. He was very pleasant and friendly. While it was crowded there was always something for the kids to do. Lines moved pretty quickly if there was one. My kids love going here and we will continue coming back!
