Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Lines are long. Check in seems to be difficult bc the monitors were frozen. The attendants at the front didn't seem to be in a rush to help, they saw people were having a hard time checking in, but we had to go stand in line twice for them to come over to help. For the amount you pay, you would expect a better experience.

Took my daughter for her bday. She really enjoyed it. Very crowded. For people who don't like crowds this may not be the place for you. I have no problem with customer service. They were great to me. Very easy with my kids. It was clean we went. Some of the games didn't work but they did offer refund on the games. Parking is terrible.... It's public parking for shopping. Adults smoke right outside the front door of the KIDS place. I do think the place could be bigger.

Nice facility.....a bit pricey for big families or groups, but a great time was had.

We’ve been here several times for birthday parties. Management is friendly and accommodating. Staff is patient and attentive. This location is also very generous in contributing to the community. Our dance team was looking for donations for an upcoming event and the manager was more than happy to help.

Angelica was our hostess for my granddaughter's birthday party and she was so attentive. She would not let us do any work at all. She took care of our party of ten nicely. Was a little too crowded for me but the kids had a wonderful time.
