DO NOT BOOK A PARTY HERE. I booked a trampoline party for my 7 year old in December for a Feb 2025 party and all the trampolines were closed. Main trampoline area - closed, tumbling track - closed, basketball trampoline - closed. The trampoline where you jump or duck - closed (and this was the attraction that my daughter was most excited to do). Sky walk, race track - closed. The dodge ball room as open but it was so full since 7 of their attractions were closed. The ball pit & jungle gym were dangerously full. The line for the climbing area as usually about 5-10 people deep and only 1 person working. I asked for them to staff it more and to their credit they did. How is that safe to have 1 (stressed) teenage kid monitoring all those little kids in harnesses? Like others said they emailed me the night before that "some attractions" were closed. But no specifics. Um, you are a trampoline park with no trampolines available, that deserves a call. I paid $450 for a trampoline party with no trampoline. My daughter and her friends just played hide and seek. And for that price I didn't get food or a private room. Do yourself a favor and book your party at Naperville Yard. They are a well oiled machine and you move to 3 different play rooms and its just your party. The host never set out our waters. The kids were all sweaty and thirsty from running around after being there for an hour. Had to track down our party host to get her to put them out. Shouldn't have that have been down after set up or right as the party started? So disappointing. I truly feel like I was scammed out of $450.

Please DO NOT patronize this place whether it is for a day visit, birthday party, or definitely not a membership. The owners are running it to the ground. Every visit something else closes. I signed up for a year-long membership when pretty much everything was operational and now their corporate office is not giving any discounts or allowing me to cancel the membership early due to these issues that were unforeseen when I initially signed up 4-5 months ago. What kind of trampoline park has its main attractions closed? This blows my mind and frustrates me to no end as now I’m wasting hundreds of dollars over the course of this membership. About 75% of the place is not open or remotely operational and still charging nearly full price. How far gone does this have to go before they start maintaining it or charging accordingly?

Huge place with different things for all ages to play Considering alot of the games were closed or broken, the $38 price tag for one entry isnt worth it.  I mean I can see there 10+ go-karts but yet only 4 were running lol If you are able to even make it in once a month you should seriously consider buying the monthly pass at $18 a month, the only catch you have to commit for 12-months! No complaint about the staffs tey were all nice and helpful!

My son had his 5th birthday here. It was one of the best birthday parties he had. The staff was amazing the place was amazing , so much to do. Food was really good and they provided us with everything we would need. Our party host Jordan S went above and beyond. He made the whole experience super fun and stress free. He took care of everything form the time we entered till the time we left. Thank you!

The staff was super helpful and great! But.. the go carts are broken, the spin carts are broken, the one corner is closed completely, the photo booth double charged me and the screen is also broken, the jump and duck was broken (you could only jump) the kiosk to buy points for games is broken, 1 game is broken, and 1 is completely empty. I hope this isnt normal considering I paid $60 for two kids to get in. The food was OK and decently priced.
