Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Our kids loved visiting Urban Air and we loved watching them participate in all the adventures/activities that the park offers. It’s a large and open layout with plenty of seats for spectators. The highlights for us were the zip line, obstacle course, and go carts! We spent over 3 hours there and ate dinner at the reasonably priced food court. Clean facility and good, family fun. Thank you. We highly recommend and will be back!

My son booked a party for my granddaughter in a private room. Although the kids seemed to have fun,several of our guests and other guests got hurt. They conveniently" didn't have any bags" as they told me,so we could pack up the extra pizza and items left over ( how is that possible when I went to the gift shop portion and they couldn't locate any bags???) Was told our hostess would get us a bag and she said no It felt so generic. The play games were WAY OVERPRICED so they chose only one game to play and that's it. We saw NO ONE ELSE playing any claw machines etc the whole time either! For the amount of money spent ,I'd never recommend it to anyone And 10 minutes before check out time we were being rushed out. Yeh,I'll pass! I believe they need to get some older adults in there to run the place instead of kids. They seemed more interested in to talking to each other then interacting with the guests!

Worst place I have ever taken my 12 year kid to. The go-kart has a 1 hour wait time and when you finally get a chance to ride...the ride stops intermittently every few seconds due to crash caused by even younger kids that are allowed to ride with older kids. They scammed me; we paid for platinum pass which basically gives access to all games for whole day but after we paid, they told us that there is a 3 hour time limit. All the other games and amusements are so much occupied that you will never get a chance to enjoy... I do not recommended this place to anyone... Worst place ever.

Drove an hour and twenty minutes was very excited to enjoy. Brought our own socks because that's never been an issue we visit many trampoline parks. We were stopped from enjoying anything because they weren't urban air brand. After paying close to $200 for tickets they Penny pitched us over socks. And honestly ours were safer from another trampoline park. So ridiculous especially bringing 4 kids.

The park its self is worn in just about every area. Most of the attractions were closed and when they did open it was a wait due to everyone trying to get a turn as well. EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMEBER looked miserable and like they didn’t want to be there. No smiles, nothing nice or welcoming about them. Everyone was dressed like homeless people with baggy sweatpants and no actual professionalism to them. Staff allowed families to lay/sit in safely in and on park areas as well and when you go to use that attraction you get and attitude. Small children with their parents were left allowed to play in the battle bear pit while others tried to use the attraction as well as in the ball pit for the warrior course and zero gravity area. This place needs a revamp!
