Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

I recently visited Urban Air Trampoline & Adventure Park and had a blast! The atmosphere is energetic and fun, perfect for families and kids. The park is clean and well-maintained, making it a safe and enjoyable place to spend the day. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for an exciting indoor adventure!

A very nice place for kids to spend a few hrs. They've a lot of trampolines, wall climbing, play areas, elevated obstacle course and even a 'zip line'. Slightly on the higher side in price. The cafeteria can use some more options for parents, and the seating needs big improvement. Both of these will help them increase revenue too while improving customer experience. Overall, a nice place that I'll go to again, easy!

This place is fun! The staff is amazing and so helpful! The food is hot and ready. Definitely worth coming and enjoying your day or a party!

So we have the membership. And when we first went, it was a little ok for me, looking at the teenagers and some of the adults that were there as mangers. I do believe the company itself should have a crew that comes once or twice a month to do a deep cleaning. Also, practice replacing foam pit and ball pit when they wear down. But back to management, I want to shout out Mrs. Melissa, my husband, and I sat back and noticed that when she's there, the teens have a better attitude and move happily. We have seen her help them taking out trash she talk to them well, and the response she gets is positive. We go on weekdays and weekends. We love it, but we definitely know when Mrs. Melissa is there.

Great place to get your kids . The only thing is that is gonna be crowded and so difficult to get a spot where park.
