I took my daughter to Urban Air to celebrate her 8th birthday, and it was a complete disaster. The food was terrible—the chicken wings were way too salty, and the chicken tenders were burnt. To make matters worse, she got hurt on one of the rides, and shortly after, a fight broke out. The situation escalated so badly that the cops had to be called, and we had to leave early. The whole experience was chaotic and unsafe. I would not recommend this place at all—it’s poorly managed and not a good environment for kids. Stay away!

Our new favorite place to celebrate birthdays! We just had my daughter's birthday party here and it was the perfect place .We changed our venue last minute so they didn't have any rooms available for reservations. We got there very early and were able to get a table . The place was almost empty. My daughter and her friends had a blast and parents enjoyed seeing our kids having so much fun! I was very skeptical after seeing all the negative comments about the place being dirty. We found everything in great condition and customer service was outstanding. I did notice that after 2:00 pm it started to get crowded. So if you prefer less crowds, like me, I recommend arriving when they open at 10. I also recommend taking your own water. Drinks are very overpriced. Other than that, our experience at Urban Air Spring was just perfect! Our kids played for 4 hours. They absolutely loved it. We'll definitely come back for future birthdays.

Great place! website has discounts the only bad thing I didn’t like was the wings they were so tiny that I almost didn’t believe it was chicken 🤷🏻‍♀️ pizza was delicious 😋and waffle loaded fries were tasty.😋🙂😊

First time here for a birthday party was not impressed by the associates working there who are supposed to be watching the kids in each area or even the ones supposed to be helping with the parties. I got there with my daughter, and I am a little lost because I didn't know where the party was exactly , nor did anyone I spoke to there. The first thing I noticed before finally someone asking of I needed help was that everyone working there is glued to their phone, and I didn't really care if they were supposed to be helping or not. The girl who was supposed to be helping my friend with her party took her sweet time, kind of helping, like giving the sock and writs bands out. Finally brought the pizza out for the kids but then ran off with it for another 10 minutes for no reason and even then she didn't even want to do that was trying to make parents do it when they already busy with the party and watching their kids. She hurries up and then immediately sits back down just to get back on her phone again. Then, when the 2 hour window for the party at the table was over, she rushed the whole party out and said we had to go. Oh, did I mention they were late setting everything up, too? Found out there was not another party after us so we could have all stayed there, but it was really because her shift was over, and she just wanted to leave and, of course, get back to that phone. The other workers who were supposed to be watching the play areas can you guess what they were doing, you guessed it on their phone. Like the jungle gym area, whatever it is called for up to 9yr old. Had so many older kids, like around 15 kids, were constantly going in there running over all the younger kids, going up the slides backwards, and more. Even when mentioned to an associate who was on the phone, looked up at you and said ok and goes back to their phone. Yeah, to say the least for my first time being there, I am not impressed one bit. Owner and management need to really get more qualified people to work there, not these lazy kids, because God forbid something serious happens on their clock, and they saw nothing because they are on their phone. I do give props to the gentlemen I saw who may have been the only ones doing their job, which was cleaning.
