Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Despite my son and nephew loving this place it surely is dirty. Makes us question whether it’s swept or cleaned frequently considering it’s 11am on a Tuesday. So much trash everywhere. Being though we were the first family in this trash had to be left from the day prior or longer.

This is a great place for kids. As long as they are under 12. I took my daughter and 6 of her friends for her 15th birthday. They had fun, but not enough fun for the price I had to pay. I would not suggest paying such a high price for kids that aren't going to enjoy it unless they are under 12. Other than the WAY over price tickets, the staff was great! Very friendly and all around great!

Came here Saturday the place is very dirty, there is literally trash all over the floor. Teenagers being rowdy I had to pick up my toddler to keep her from being run over by teenagers horse playing outside of play areas several times. Lockers were also not functioning. This used to be a fun place to take the kids but has been on the decline as of late I won’t be returning.

DIRTY!! FILTHY!! NASTY!!!! Disgusting. No one cleans up here. We have a membership so we’re here twice a week and I see the same trash on both days. So gross 🤢 UPDATE (12-9-2024): I’ve been calling around for almost two weeks and no one has called me back. DO NOT BE SCAMMED INTO A MEMBERSHIP. THEY DONT WANT TO CANCEL IT. THE MONTHLY PAYMENTS ARE REQUIRED. NO ONE TELLS YOU THIS UPFRONT! I Want to cancel because it’s so dirty and it’s causing my children to be sick because there is MOLD IN THE BALLPIT AREA. We were excited but it was a waste of money. We had to hunt employees down to even do half the stuff. Most employees were gathered at one spot talking and acted like they couldn’t be bothered. I spoke to another mom that had to speak to the manager and apparently she was hiding out in the office and not walking the floor checking on guests or seeing why so many parents were unhappy. One man we spoke to actually walked around trying to find employees to work the different stations. Thank goodness for him or who knows how long we would have waited there.
