Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

It was my granddaughter first visit to Urban. We didn't know that you were supposed to start with the kiosk before going to the register after standing in line. There are no greeters at the door or someone to assist you. After registering and buying socks and event package. The worker at the register failed to tell us one of the play events was down.

If I had the opportunity to put 0 stars, I would put zero stars. The thing is that the place is very dirty. We were here before, it was always clean. I don’t know that I would change. I haven’t taken a picture yet, the toilet is very dirty. I advise you to take your children, since I paid $75 for two, and It’s not worth it, it smells like fried chicken, I threw up and had to run to the toilet

Cool place to bring the kids to run and jump for hours. Safety would be my only concern as there isn't a employee at every station to help at least monitor. But aside from that nice place for birthdays or small get together.

This place was such a letdown. The bathrooms were filthy, and even though we paid for the Ultimate package, many of the attractions were shut down without any warning. I was really hoping for a better experience, but the lack of communication and poor service from the manager, Suzy, just made it worse.
