Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

We recently hosted my daughter’s birthday party at Urban Air Trampoline Park, and overall it was a great experience! The kids absolutely loved jumping on the trampolines and participating in all the climbing activities they offer. The two-hour party time was just right, and they had the party room already set up, which was super convenient. It’s nice that they give you the option to bring your own supplies, but they’ve got you covered if you don’t want the hassle. These types of places are perfect for parties—they’re fast, fun, and require very little work on your end. Everything went smoothly, and we had a blast. I’d definitely recommend this place for an easy and enjoyable birthday celebration!

I visited yesterday 3/7/25, and the front desk attendant AJ was so helpful! I felt like I was asking too many questions because this was my first time bringing my kids to the park, but he was very patient and respectful and super helpful! My kids also enjoyed the sky rider and had fun doing the rope courses, 10/10 experience!!!

I visited for the first time yesterday and was completed disgusted by how dirty the facility was and the terrible customer service. I will note the young lady in front who gave us our wristbands and socks was incredibly nice. Otherwise the employees, who are primarily teenagers, were not helpful and were not paying attention. While I recognize I signed a waiver and took on the risk that myself and my child could possibly pick up a virus or possible injury, I still expect the facility to atleast provide a sanitary place that shows signs of being maintained and employees who are monitoring and ensuring children were following the rules they had posted. Instead, I found children who were too tall in play areas for younger children, filthy bathrooms were toilets would no longer flush, and chairs falling apart in the food area. At this point i'm just crossing my fingers that myself nor my daughter picked up any kind of virus. I rarely write reviews, but to have to pay for that kind of experience was completely unacceptable. I STRONGLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I. Love. This. Place. Urban air had always been amazing, even though some things are becoming old or not working. The Pro Zone has been closed for a while, and the mirror maze in the plays ape is in shambles. Other than that, it’s a great place to go. I would recommend having birthday parties here, and I would definitely check out the zip line. You will love it, and it’s fun filled. I would definitely recommend this place for families with small children, and would love to come back here soon!

Just visited, and I’m pretty disappointed. Half the attractions were closed, and the concessions were a mess—only two registers open, despite the crowd. The staff was okay, but there was no visible supervision, which contributed to the chaos. I understand that many employees are teens or young adults, but proper management is crucial. I get that parties bring in revenue, but it shouldn’t mean neglecting other paying customers. My child was so disappointed that we left early. This place has a lot of potential, but it needs better organization and leadership. I truly hope they get it together soon.
