Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Great place to celebrate your child’s birthday. They will have lots of fun. You will be provided with a wonderful party host that will care for your every needs, but the food is Trash. Cheese pizza won’t have any cheese on it and no flavor at all and the chicken tenders will be super dry. What I will say is that once it’s addressed to management, they will compensate you. I will be back my son had fun!

Best birthday Party place!!! We celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Urban air and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! This place is absolutely perfect for birthdays, offering a fun-filled environment that keeps kids engaged and entertained for hours. The variety of rides and attractions ensured that all the kids had a blast, and we didn’t have to worry about keeping them occupied. Dee, party coordinator, who was extremely helpful and proactive in communicating with us before the event. Dee made sure everything was well-planned and stress-free. On the day of the party, party host did an amazing job ensuring everything ran smoothly, making it an enjoyable experience for both the kids and the parents. The food was delicious, and everyone loved it! The only minor issue was that it took a little longer to be served, but considering that the park had just opened and was hosting its grand opening ceremony, it was understandable. Despite the crowd, the venue was spotless and well-maintained, showcasing its brand-new appeal. Overall, we had a fantastic time, and I highly recommend Urban Air for birthday celebrations! If they can work on serving the food a bit quicker, it would be absolutely perfect. Thank you to the team for making my daughter’s birthday so special!

The staff is ghetto and rude. The park and the restrooms are filthy. The food is disgusting for the price. I’d rather eat Little Ceasar’s. The VR and bumper cars does not work and that’s a part of the $40 platinum package. No security on a packed Saturday with more adults hanging out rather than kids playing. I would not recommend going here. The Laurel location is cleaner, has more things to do for your kids, more space, and much better customer service!

Urban Air Trampoline Park is honestly so fun, especially if you go with a group of friends. There’s a ton to do trampolines, obstacle courses, climbing walls, all that. It’s not just for little kids either, so don’t sleep on it. One of the workers, Alonzo W, made the experience even better. He was super chill, helpful, and kept the energy up the whole time. You can tell he actually cares about people having fun and staying safe. The vibe there is great good music, good people, and a lot of laughs. Definitely a spot I’d go back to.

After reading the reviews, I wasn’t expecting much and was prepared for disappointment. However, my niece was excited to celebrate her birthday there, so we gave it a try. I’m happy to say I was pleasantly surprised! Every ride was operational, and the staff was absolutely fantastic. Their customer service was top-notch—from the hostess to the ride attendants, everyone was welcoming and attentive. It was great to see young adults engaging with the kids and ensuring they had a great time. Kudos to the team for making our experience so enjoyable!
