Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

So, let me start by saying I only did two stars because the kids love it. If you want your kids to release some energy and run and run for a low price then here you have it. But. And that is a big but, if you want you don’t like germs, hot places, sanitary environments and safe looking items don’t go here. I went for a birthday party this weekend. All I can say is, it was hot, kids and parents were sweating. Line out the door. Kids coughing all over the place and touching everything without any hand sanitizer around. Party rooms were very tired looking and run down. No elevator just stairs to get to party rooms. Props to party attendants. They did a good job. That’s about all I can say about this place.

Review If you’re planning to visit on a weekend, I highly recommend coming early. The lobby gets packed quickly due to the number of birthday parties and the popularity of the afternoon time slots. It’s a fun and energetic atmosphere, but the check-in process could use some improvements to match the flow of guests. My main issue was the setup for check-in. There’s one section for walk-ins and another for online purchases, but only two individuals were managing both lines. This caused delays, especially with parents checking in kids and asking questions. I’d suggest adding a third host at check-in, with one person who can handle both online and walk-up check-ins to streamline the process. On this particular day, around 1:00 PM, while I was waiting in the online purchase line, the service rep took a parent who jumped the line instead of asking her to wait her turn behind others. I spoke up about it, but the parent insisted she was next, which wasn’t true. When I brought it up at the counter, the service rep didn’t respond and instead had an attitude, which was disappointing. Overall, the experience itself is enjoyable, but improving the check-in process and addressing situations like this with better training could make a big difference. That said, arriving early is your best bet to avoid the rush!

I was very impressed with Ms. Kaliyah and her professionalism. As women usually do, she was overseeing her duties and quickly problem solved a serious matter that shouldn’t have been on her plate. She was fair with all of the kids and I can tell she takes her role seriously. I appreciate her demeanor and dedication to her responsibilites. Please have other employees model their behavior after this outstanding young human. Also a raise and a nice bonus should be sent her way!

Absolutely unacceptable, inexcusable, and dangerous! We have been members over a year and know we will use it more some months versus others but we kept during slower months knowing we would use a lot once school is out and this location has half attractions broken or closed. I am requesting a refund for this month as this is ridiculous and it seems like there are 2x as many kids at half the capacity. I have plenty of photos I am now posting online due to lack of response. The audacity to charge members right now is absurd and there is no regard for safety and I am not one to normally complain and expect my boys to get some scrapes and rough house a bit at a trampoline park, but someone is going to get badly hurt here. Don’t bring your kids here and the children that work here do not care and have no clue how to respond. Shut it down!!
