Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

I always have an amazing time at Urban Air! This time we rented a room for a party (we had three kids ages 12, 10, and 7 in the family having birthdays!). They provided us several pizzas and drinks. We brought the cake. The room came with wristbands for the kids' friends who came. They were able to leave their shoes in the room and come and go playing for two hours, then we moved to one of the tables outside the room for the kids to play longer. The workers were all friendly and seemed to keep a good eye on the areas they were assigned too. Everyone was friendly and kind. The adults got to bounce too— man was I tired, but kids and adults alike had a great time. Wonderful place for family fun!!

The facilities are fun, but I can't say I would recommend booking a birthday party here. Was disappointed by an unhelpful and unfriendly party host. We treated them with respect and kindness but were met with disdain. Paying $300 plus dollars, I'd expect just basic friendliness at least. The kids had fun but I wouldn't book again.

I love this Urban Air location! The manager, Dennis is incredibly kind and thoughtful. He truly cares about all his patrons. Our kids always have such a fun time here. The membership is a great deal, and this is the great escape from the heat for some summer fun. I highly recommend this location and the great employees there!

It's kind of small.... but my kids liked it but they said they didn't want to return.. maybe for th pizza lol

I will never go back to this place. I gave it a second chance and the workers and clientele are awful. Go here if you feel like getting angry. The “kids” who keep cutting in line are obviously raised with zero manners. The workers are not any better. I told the worker that the big kids “nearly adult and 6 feet tall” were not waiting their turn. She gave zero amount of caring about the kids cutting in line. I considered complaining about this to management but I didn’t think they would care anyway. It will close eventually with this kind of wonderful experience. I was concerned for my own safety and for my children. Take my advice and stay far away from this disgrace for a family venue. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
