Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

This place has a great selection of attractions for kids of all ages to enjoy! I had my child's birthday party there. The booking process was super easy, the day of the party everything went perfect. I could not ask for anything else. Our host Nik was amazing, very helpful and attentive. My family can't wait to go back for more fun!!

A great experience! We went to Urban Air Bellingham to celebrate my son's 7th birthday. Cullen was our party host and was so kind and attentive and really made us feel like we were the only ones at the park that day. All the staff around the park were so great at what they were doing, despite the craziness of children running everywhere we felt like our kids were safe, cared for and in good hands. When my 12 year old had an asthma attack 3 staff members came running to make sure he was ok. He had his inhaler, some water and was back off and playing in no time! Thank you for taking care of us and giving my little one such a special day! Sharing photos of my 12 year old, who is afraid of heights, but felt safe enough with the staff to try the sky obstacle course. I will start this by saying I’ve been to urban air around 40 times the past few years. It’s been great for the kids, lots of activities and our go to. I even recommend it to friends and family. However, today - Sunday January 26th - I will no longer recommend it and won’t be back. A typical busy day - more so than I’ve ever been there for. They had a back lot open for parking and although they monitor it with video (I could see it on screen when they opened the managers door) - they let it become an unsafe, overpacked mess. When I arrived I parked in a spot without anyone in front or behind me. When I tried to leave the entire row I was in, was blocked front and back. When I went in with the license plates of those who would need to move - the manager whom I asked for came out after 10 minutes, ran passed me to go look, didn’t speak to me at all. I then asked why we couldn’t just call the plates I had photos of and was told to wait for him to come back. He comes back 15 minutes later - my friend directed him to the cars required to move to let me out - and again walks past me. Come to find out the same situation occurred yesterday and was a problem before I mentioned it. The customer service was lacking, he was disrespectful and when I expressed concerns about all the other cars and how they police could help them get the area under control - he said you can call if you want.

We had my daughter’s birthday party at the park this weekend. The booking I did online and it was super easy. A few days later a team member called me to see if I had any questions. We by chance went in one day about a month prior to the party and I spoke with Cindy the party coordinator. She answered all my questions, was super helpful and even was able to move us from the upstairs party room to the ones on the first floor. This was particularly important to us because we had some older relatives that wouldn’t have been able to walk up the stairs. The day of the party, we were introduced to our party attendant Alison. She was super helpful, answered all my questions and helped set up. During the pizza and cake she was right on the ball and served everything to our guests and ensured everyone had what they needed. All of our guests had a great time and there were no issues at all. Cleanup was easy as we were able to use a cart to bring everything out to our car and then Alison cleaned up the room and any decorations we didn’t want. An added bonus that was honestly one of the selling points was that the kids can stay and jump as long as they want after the party. We have been to other trampoline parks where they basically kick you out which felt rude. There was none of that with Urban Air! I would highly recommend them and this specific location if you are looking for just a day out with the kiddos or a party.

We had my daughters 10th bday party here and were so happy with the whole experience. Booking online, ordering food, changing the food, and adding guests was all very easy. Team members checked in with us as the day got near and made sure we had everything we'd need. Then, day of, went off without a hitch. Our party planner, Abbey, was incredible. Kind and so on top of things. She helped keep our party going smoothly. Because of her I was able to have a stress free experience and really celebrate with my daughter. I would absolutely recommend doing an event here to any one who is looking for a fun place where they really take care of you.
