Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

My daughter and friends had a blast here on Presidents’ Day. There are many activities to enjoy including various rock climbing,bouncing on trampolines , and laser tag which adults can also enjoy. Parent Pass is 50% off and there is an activity for kids of all ages! This place is vibrant, clean, and has a comfortable indoor temperature. I really enjoyed the wings with the sweet and spicy sauce and pepperoni pizza well done. We also had ICEE Slushies and they delicious. I would like to shout out the management team at this location Victoria & Jon. They were kind, hospitable, and attentive. This place is huge and I could only imagine all of the operational moving parts on a daily basis. Thank you for all of your support in ensuring guests have a great experiences. This is also a great spot to host a birthday party! My daughter and her friends raved about how much fun they had. We had to find another reason to head back. I cannot recommend this place enough. Everything was amazing from the booking online to the days leading up to the event Victoria is amazing very nice and informative even while she was sick. She is very dedicated to her job. Thank you so much for making my sons 8th birthday a core memory. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an incredible experience celebrating my daughter’s 8th birthday here—honestly, it went smoother than my own wedding! From start to finish, the staff was extremely accommodating in every way. Victoria, the assistant general manager, was phenomenal. She coordinated every detail perfectly and was always one step ahead of us. Kyle, our host, worked seamlessly alongside her to ensure everything went off without a hitch. Jonathan, the general manager, deserves special recognition as well. He truly went above and beyond to make this birthday extra special, making sure it was absolutely headache-free for us. They even let us play our own music and decorate with my daughter’s dream Hello Kitty theme! The care, flexibility, and attention to detail were exceptional. I know my daughter will remember this day for years to come, and we couldn’t be more grateful for such a memorable celebration. Highly recommend!

My daughter loves this place! Nice staff and great service. We had her birthday party here and everything was well organized, Victoria is very helpful and pleasant. She made sure we had everything we needed and everything went smoothly. John was also very attentive and made sure we were happy and that we had everything we needed. I definitely recommend, the kids love it and will have a great time!
