The manager is a bit rigid. LOVE GOING BUT DON'T WANT TO BE BOTHERED WITH THE MANAGER. I buy passes monthly for eight kids, and he was not honoring the new kid due to me fostering. It made me change all of it, and it took 2 hours out of kids enjoying themselves.

Fun great place for kids, pretty safe, Will help you with whatever you want, Really fun for the prices and cheap for what you can do but I recommend the 3 hours because time flies by when your having fun.

I love it here. The WHOLE crew is amazing manager is amazing, super fun ! Had my son birthday party here and I don’t regret it at all! Felt so welcomed, staff was very nice polite and helpful!! I definitely recommend going here this location deserve more than 5 stars honestly. 1/7/25

Took my kids for a day of fun during Spring Break and we had a blast! Went on a Monday and wasn’t too crowded we got to take advantage of all the attractions we wanted without much of a wait. Bathrooms were clean, as was the rest of the establishment. My only complaint and reason for subtracting 1 star was that when my son tried to do the zip line and froze he couldn’t get the line to move backwards in order to get off and when asking the employee for help she said “then he’s gotta go” since the line wouldn’t move backwards. Finally after realizing there was no way to make him go, and my son was having a full panic attack she go another employee who knew what they were doing to help get the line to retract. Honestly this portion of our visit was pretty frustrating but I was able to get him calm and we were all back to having fun together so overall the experience was good and we will likely visit again in the future but i don’t think we’ll be getting a membership. (They have included handicap accessible features within most attractions if this is needed.) Hope you have fun during your visit!

My kids love this place, great stuff only downside is there be a bunch of bully kids there they need to really have a security guard walking around the place making sure the kids are OK because the staff they just mind their own business and they really can’t afford to say nothing to the kids because how the parents are but it’s a fun place but a lot of bully in I seen kids getting knocked flat down push etc but this is every we’re now
