Had a blast here with my friends! We bought the full passes and it was totally worth it. If you go on the zip line make sure to tuck your feet in though or you’ll bang your ankles. My favorite part was the ball pit or the maybe the trampolines. Highly recommend coming here even if you’re not a little kid ^_^

I just purchased a game card here. The machine is not giving me an option for a receipt. I asked the manager can I have the receipt for my purchase. He said oh. That’s not our machine, if you have any questions you will need to contact technical support. I was like are you serious? I spend money inside of your facility and when something goes wrong you want me as a customer to call technical support and tell me that is nothing to do with you. I’m very disappointed with the management. After wasting 15 mins of my time with my child the manager called the arcade company and get me the receipt in less then 10 seconds. On top of that, the soft-play is so dirty. I will never bring my kids here again. The only good thing is pretty cheap. I guess you got what you pay for.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a party. HORRIBLE PLACE, DON’T GO HERE!!! 1- Our 1st impression was how dirty the place was and the lack of visible staff. Our party room was visibly dirty full of food and something sticky on the floor. Our host was lifeless and didn’t make any effort to help kids with anything. I had to serve most of my guest their food and drinks. She was gone from the room most of the time. 2- The food was HORRIBLE!!! The most expensive chicken fingers were burnt outside and undercooked inside. Pizza was also over cooked. All food for the party was left over and given away. 3- The most important and most frustrating part of this was that I paid over $500 for 6 kids(5-6) year olds to live a nightmare. They were bullied, picked on, and my birthday boy was even hit by an older guest. There was a group of about 30 teenage kids who did not have any wristbands and did not follow any rules. I was told by the attendant that he had tried to address it by that the children wouldn’t listen. Manager was called and she did nothing. Instead she tried giving me tickets to return. I will never bring my children here again! The environment was tense, uncomfortable, and unsafe. It appeared to be a two “gangs” feuding. While waiting for family at the door, two kids (teens) jumped a fence a flood over us over us to leave before police arrived. Staff did nothing while all this happened. Manager said to me that it was Friday night as if this is the norm there. Police arrived at the location as we were leaving.
