Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park in Lawrenceville, GA, offers a spacious venue packed with a variety of activities for kids to enjoy. However, the facility falls short in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. The bathrooms had water on the floor, and it was concerning to see kids walking through it wearing their traction socks. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the play equipment and surfaces left much to be desired, as they felt unclean to the touch. The space could benefit from more frequent cleaning and better organization to ensure a more enjoyable experience for families. While the activities are appealing, the lack of proper upkeep detracts from the overall visit.

As of July 30, 2024 This place has become extremely dangerous for kids with so many broken attractions. This place had so much potential and was great a year ago… but it has really gone down hill fast! I paid extra for the Ultimate passes and it was a rip off. Spent over $100 to get in with my kids and many of the fun things you pay extra for were closed or broken. It’s Mostly teenagers running this place who don’t care much about customers. They stay on their phone and don’t help kids. Hardly anyone willing to help kids ride the zip line or obstacle course. They told me there is only 2 harnesses available in the whole building for kids under 5ft tall. One employee told my daughter she had to do a fancy dance before she was allowed to ride the zip line, my daughter doesn’t understand teenage humor and said she didn’t know how to dance, then the girl said “well sorry you can’t ride, and drug it out way too far until she cried in embarrassment”… my daughter came crying and told me the worker wouldn’t let her ride without dancing….so I went back with her and the teen worker allowed her to ride claiming she was “just playing around.” There were kids trapped on the high obstacle course for almost 30 minutes before someone finally went up there to help them get off. I went and got employees to let them know because they were all standing around on their phones chatting. Hardly anyone working here is actually working. Drop zone was deflated. Go Karts were closed. Basic trampolines are fallen through to the floor. Wipe out is shut down. Pro zone high jump trampoline is closed down. All of the stuff requiring a harness may as well be shut down because the workers don’t help kids get on or off of anything. I will post pictures of some of the shut down and broken/dangerous parts here. I hope corporate will step in and revive this place.

Wow talk about a complete DUMP!!! We were excited to book my daughter’s upcoming birthday party here until I actually decided to visit the facility the week before the party in person for a tour. This place is absolutely disgusting, I mean picture yourself literally in a motel or better yet a dirty truck stop. I paid for the platinum package with the additional fee for the suite. Well I uploaded pics of what they call a suite and you can see for yourself it’s filthy. I wouldn’t dare allow my child to walk on this carpet let alone eat anything from their kitchen. The floors were literally tapped with silver duck tape for heaven sake and if that wasn’t bad enough there was trash EVERYWHERE!! The place is clearly not well maintained. And the staff, tuh no CUSTOMER SERVICE. The person behind the front counter was literally watching YouTube in his phone while eating pizza in my face during BUSINESS HOURS and when I approached to ask him a question he told me to give him second to finish eating. Wow, I canceled my party here so quickly and said screw the deposit. I went down the road to Buford location to book our party and let’s just say it was completely night and day. Book at this location at your own risk but I guarantee you’ll regret it, you’d be better off throwing the party in your backyard before giving this dump one red cent! This place deserves NO STARS!!!

Overall, I wouldn't recommend. Seemed to be run by teenagers who were unprofessional and disorganized. We had a birthday party here. Arrived 15 minutes early, as instructed and there was no where for us to be seated. Someone pointed at the table that was ours but it was covered in another party's trash and personal items. She honestly expected us to go put our giant cake on the table with no free space on it. Bizarre. I had to ask three different people about the messy table before someone realized they should clear it for our party. They need to have a party check-in only line. About half-way through the party I noticed there were three young adult men at the front greeting people and directing them to check in and party tables but they weren't there when our party arrived. It was very hard to find our party host to get socks and wristbands for a bulk of the party. Again, I had to ask other people to page her for us. All the included items, like balloons, were not actually at the table, like the package description stated. I would have brought our own balloons if I had known. The kids got a very tiny water bottle which wasn't sufficient but you aren't allowed to bring in outside drinks so you have to pay extra for your party to be properly hydrated. Bottom line, it was just very inefficiently and unprofessionally run. There seemed to be one person over 25 who was very helpful, but the rest of the staff seemed new, confused or overwhelmed. I would not recommend for a party. The cost is too much for what you get, it's too loud and chaotic for my taste and it's hard to find the kids in your group to do things like cake and presents. P.S. The bathroom was in dire need of some care.

Welll we got off on the wrong foot when arriving! We were in town for a funeral, so to take the kids minds off of it we decided to visit here. We drove at least a to get here only for us to tell us the wrist bands was only good for 2 hours! Considering the price, a two hour visit wasn’t sufficient! After speaking with a manager, of course he rectified the situation and the kids were off to play. Go carts and the vip line is what they enjoy the most!
