Had an amazing birthday party for my son that was turning 9. The GM Keith made sure everything went extremely smooth and accomadated all of our requests.

I would have given it a 5 star if it wasn’t for the pizza! My son loved coming here. Hours of endless fun. But when we sat to eat pizza. You can do way better. It didn’t taste all that great and they were very cheap with the sauce and cheese!

Had a blast. Has plenty for the kiddos, such as the VR gaming section, an air obstacle course, ziplining, mini arcade game section, different types of foam pits, and so much more. They have food and drinks and not to mention, great for parties.

Great indoor park with many different activities. Especially that flying rail is the pop item. Could be great for birthdays as well. Has a nice little cafe with some adult juices too. One thing is the staff. As we entered the lady's approach was so uninterested, like "why did you come here?". We did the waiver and came to pay, no eye contact at all. The only thing she said was "what package?!" They kept talking to each other and act like the customers were not even there. The way they talk to each other was not very appropriate either. Some vulgar language involved. The sections are supposed to have at least 1 staff member overseeing activity, but the staff groups together chit-chat with each other very loud and inappropriately in corners and almost all sections are unsupervised. Ball pit, smaller trampolines, I could count 5 sections with absolutely nobody around, but one corner they had at least 6 staff member group chatting. Not acceptable, we pay a great amount of money to this place, the expectation is not 5 star service but at least for them to do their jobs. Also, it is super cold inside I suggest bringing a long sleeve back up with you.
