The kids did have fun however, it was super packed, which may have been ok if they had adults or capable teens running the activities. She got in line for the zipline (which is about a 1 minute or so ride from beginning to end) at 4:20 and she didn't get off until 5:40 🤨 there were only 5 people in front of her. That's unacceptable. The bumper cars only allow 6 riders at a time. There are a hundred or more people in the building, so why only 6 kids? After the 6 were finished the attendant had to individually go to each car and push it to the front, then had to wipe them all off before the next group of 6 could enter, 25 minutes later. We're at a birthday party (the girl that worked was wonderful) usually a 2-hour time slot, the kids shouldn't have to spend all that time just waiting. They did have fun, I think they should put more capable people in charge of running the activities....

Tonight we celebrated my grandson’s birthday at Urban Air in Port Richey, Florida. I have never experienced such a lack of concern and consideration from a manager in my life. My daughter and her boyfriend bought the highest tier tickets for him and his guests at $34 a piece. Looking forward to a joyous event we were sadly disappointed in the lack of staff, the closure of several high tiered activities, and the machines dispensing the arcade swiping tickets were all broken. The concession stand was out of most flavors of soda. The wait for games was long due to the lack of staff and when I asked a team leader about why, she said all you have to do is ask them to shut down one activity and go to the one you want. The bumper car, yes just one was pathetic. Who wants to ride one bumper car without the thrill of the chase. There was only one. Shortly after finding out you could not purchase tickets to the arcade games I approached the front desk, asking to speak to a manager. I got a reply what do you want to talk to me about - when she was on the phone with this manager. A person in a blue shirt came over who had been cleaning the tables and stated that she was aware of the issues (things had been broken for awhile now) but was unwilling to refund their money or even a portion of their money, down to the lower tier. There was no signs posted that the activities would not be available. As a matter of fact when I said I was going to post a review to let the public know she stated “Go ahead I don’t care”. Do not waste your money at this place. They don’t care if your child wants to ride the bumper car(s). What fun is that to just ride around the rink in a single bumper car?? The virtual games were blocked off. Everyone was so crowded on the trampolines that it was impossible to run down them without fear of hurting someone. This is not a local place I want to do business with. How about you??

This location is a hit or miss. They are constantly understaffed with very little training. You have to ALWAYS wait for an employee to become available to go on many of the attractions. Not all attractions are accessible or working so they are FALSELY advertising that your child will have full access to all attractions with the "platinum" pass. The employees will say someone will come for access of the attraction and never show up. Most times you have to chase someone down and ask multiple times before someone shows up. Employees are VERY inconsistent with the rules. On the weekend, the kids basically do whatever they want. Definitely a liability to be really understaffed on busy days. On the week day, they're pretty dead and I guess have more time to be extra vigilant sticklers. Bringing concerns to the managers is an absolute waste of time. Sometimes I feel a little pity for them. I know they are more than aware of all the issues listed herein and have their scripted disingenuous responses prepared. One of my biggest complaints: Bumper cars - almost all of them are broken or have a broken part to them. Additionally, the 2 and half carts they have left barely hold a charge. They know this and have the attraction closed most of the time. You will have to chase someone down if you want your child to go on this attraction... if the carts aren't charging for once. Their over priced cheese and pepperoni pizza taste like straight cardboard. 🤢🤮 Pros: This location for the most part is ok depending on their staffing issues. My kiddos love going on Fridays the most because of the music ans lights that they do every Friday. I think you get a great deal for birthday parties here - especially if you have a membership. My only complaint from my daughter's birthday party was that they gave her the wrong sized shirt and refused to exchange it.

My children love UA. We opted for the annual membership. Great place for them to burn some energy, socialize with other kids, and simply be a kid. The temps can be chilly for obvious reasons if you're observing and not participating. I'd suggest a light jacket. There are lots of tables for sitting and eating food and drinks. Be aware that several activities are not available for smaller or younger children. Get clarity before purchasing passes.

I don’t know if they changed owners or what, but the last few times we’ve been here it’s been a disaster. First, the bumper cars are fun but the wait is like 20 min for 6 kids to ride around for 90 seconds? I asked for one attraction to be opened that had the sign that said “this attraction opened by request” and was told nope, can’t open it. They removed a lot of seating to accommodate the new bumper cars, and now there’s no place to sit if you come on the weekend when it gets busy. Also, the obstacle course that spins was removed for some reason. The warrior course has a huge line now, the attendant makes everyone wait until 1 kid goes through the entire thing, while the kids are just playing with the balls… again, you have to wait forever to do 1 attraction. Just not worth the $ anymore. Also, the bathrooms are a hot mess, I let an attendant know and went back in an hour later and it was the same. Nobody seems to care around here.
