Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

I had an amazing time at Urban Air! The experience was fantastic, with so many fun activities to enjoy. What really stood out, though, was one employee who made my visit even more memorable. He had glasses and short hair, and he was working so hard while also being incredibly kind and helpful. His positive attitude really made my day! Definitely recommend this place, and I’ll be coming back soon!

Honestly, this place isn’t the cleanest. We came for the last 2 hours because of our time schedule and the staff wasn’t that pleasant. The virtual game employee was rude to my 5yr old. However she was saying my child needed an upgraded wristband, I then went to the very sweet cashier and purchased the upgraded wristband for virtual game, I asked “before I make this purchase are the goggles cleaned after each person” she said yes, I asked cleaned with what? She was unaware of what they use but she said they do clean it. I purchased the wristband. Then upon her turn there was NO CLEANING OR SANITATION. I requested them to clean the one my child would use. She said we normally don’t clean them in between kids only in the opening and closing of the park. She then walked away seemingly annoyed to go get a random untitled spray and a very much used cloth. She was too busy on her phone which is expected from young employees but have some sense of professionalism. There was not even 20 kids in the entire park majority pre-teen/teens and about 8 young children. Long story short. This location is not an ideal choice.

We had a bad experience. Every time my my son wanted to go rock climbing, the worker would tell him he had to go to the bathroom. We would wait a while, and the guy would never come back. We would see him taking to his friends or playing basketball. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the lady at the register was beyond nice and helpful.

The children had fun, and the place was clean. Though, what really stood out to me was how extremely nice their employees are. I give a special shout out to the crew behind the food counter. This was on 2/13/25 around 4pm-6pm. These kids did a great job, and they were very attentive and happy to help. Great job, guys!!!

Generally clean overall, every thing works. My 5 year old ran around for an hr, which is good for him.
