Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

When we went there, it was so empty. We were unsure if this was the right place. Anyways, it was so fun. We did so many activities. Rock-climbing and Sky liner were some of my favorites. I love how challenging rock-climbing was and the sudden drop that in Sky liner. This is a must go place!! Despite the fun, the staff look so miserable. It's like someone passed away! When I asked a worker if I could go rock climbing (you need permission to go on higher activities), she looked as if it was a burden. Nice place.

The kids love coming here to jump around, play with other kids, and just go crazy within barriers. No need to buy tickets ahead, but they are timed sessions. If you live close and intended on going a couple of times a month, I definitely recommend the monthly pass because individual sessions can add up quickly.

Were there for a kids' birthday party. Our hostess in the private room was very nice. We should have brought a few more decorations as the room is very plain and paper plates and a few balling were the only party decorations. It is very difficult for guests to know where to go. They need a name sign on the door jam or on the window. Each person had to sign a waiver if they did not do it online. Guests had to wait a while in line. One bathroom in the far back corner. Way away from party rooms. Kids do enjoy the play areas. Very attentive staff if someone gets a bang or bump. When your room time is up, you have very limited time to pack up and get out. Then, they set up for the next group. I watched, and the table DID NOT get wiped off, and the floor was not swept. Yuck for the $ $ We'll come back on own but no more parties.

Food was horrible. Pizza was burned and we waited 30mins for loaded waffle fries which were cold when received. What is the point of paying to jump with your kids when it's only one person per trampoline. Won't be spending over $100 To come here again. And i honestly hate leaving bad reviews but this day was definitely not great. First and last time here. If i could give it a 0 i would.

The kids had a blast. We bought the ultimate pass and stayed over 4 hours. We could have stayed longer ,we just got tired. Lol. I am thinking of buying yearly passes great way to get the kids out of the house and get so much needed exercise. Access to the mall if you have some shopping to do. I would suggest eating before you go. Although the prices on the food isn't horrible between the food and tickets it was 150.00. it could be worse. If you go often it could definitely take a toll on your wallet. I would definitely recommend.
