Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

What a great place to take the kids! Always a group of great, courteous and helpful staff that are attentive to the kids safety. We have probably been to this location 100 times in the past two years and go back almost every week sometimes twice or three times. The membership is so well worth it. Kids get a slice of pizza included, only thing I would like to see is a couple healthier options for those who prefer something else.

My son’s birthday party was nothing short than AMAZING ! The staff was great , OUR HOST was PERFECT! I wish I knew her name to refer her 😩 It was my first time booking a party there and I can assure you it won’t be my last . Thank you urban air for providing an unforgettable experience for my son , he LOVED it !

Had my daughter’s 16th bday party here because of the go carts. We did a table in the shared space instead of the private room. Had 10 kids, they had a blast. Samyra was our shared host. She was great. After our 2 hour table reservation was done, she got our stuff moved to another table where we stayed for another 3 hours. Wasn’t sure what to expect at first from the site but it was a great experience. Only challenge areas were: initially our host wasn’t as attentive to us and our getting set up (for instance we could order snacks through her but when we were ready to she wasn’t with us so I just went and waited in line and ordered them directly); and, while the kids went basically right away to go do the go karts, they waited in line for an hour before they were able to do them… and while the party included 2 rounds, they weren’t interested in waiting in line again. But overall they had a great time and memorable party.

I got my 3 kids membership for a year, every time my kids come here it’s my personal driver who brings them. 6 months after I got the membership, I decided to bring my kids for the 1st time instead of my driver. With the surprise the restroom were out of order, we had to walk to the nearest restaurant to use the restrooms, also, the food court was closed where supposedly each child gets a free pizza for each visit. I spoke to Annie the manager on duty to see what she could do for the inconvenience, the only thing she was able to offer was extra rides in the ago-Kart games. Overall, I don’t recommend this place, I’m sure there are more options we could of gotten for the inconvenience keeping in mind we always bring and extra child when my kids come keeping their business flowing constantly.

My Grandson’s, Daniel’s, Birthday party was great our party host, Brayden, was so helpful and made the experience very enjoyable. All the kids had a wonderful time and loved all the activities.
